Great location to everything! Lots of space, gated resort, and great beach and pool area. Staff was very friendly and very well kept grounds. Only negative thing to say is some areas were dirty. Like handle on dishwasher and fridge was very sticky. Floor was kinda dirty and only one bathroom had soap and toilet paper. Otherwise i would recommend.

We’ll be back!

Last minute trip to Destin and this condo was perfect in every way. The condo/resort has everything you need. The condo itself was very clean, stocked and comfortable. Not to mention, the beach was spectacular! Thank you for allowing us to stay in such a fabulous place.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at St. Lucia (different unit). We love the location, pool and the fact they have an outdoor bar/food area. The unit itself is very spacious - actually perfect kitchen, bedrooms, living room, eating area and 2 balconies!There were some quirks that we encountered (1) the washing machine is so loud that it will keep you awake if you are in the bedroom on the other side of it (2) that same bedroom is so hot regardless of what the AC is set at (3) although the couch looks nice, it is not at all comfortable and (4) the closet of beach accessories is so piled on we didn't bother to gather beach chairs or other items. Other than these items, the unit is very nice and I would recommend it. Note - beach chair service is not included with this unit and 4pm check-in is strictly adhered to. The property management company is not on site and they don't answer after hours or on weekends.

Great stay and we would likely stay again if available. Enjoyed not having to drive to get keys. The only con is accessing the beach for handicap folks. The walk way is difficult for mobility impaired. Condo had everything needed for the beach as well as cookware!

A perfect scenario!

The room situation was perfect for a group of 6 friends! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms to share. A lovely layout with comfy furniture and well stocked kitchen. They had everything we needed. The plentiful balcony space was a bonus. Ease of parking and location on the strip was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. We come here regularly and this has been our favorite condo in Destin.

Our stay here was awesome! We stay in Destin at the Silver Shells every time. We usually stay in st croix or marteen condos but decided to give Lucia a try! This condo is literally just right behind st croix, and a small side walk distance to pool/beach just like the other condos. We complicated check in way more than we had to (our fault lol) but the person who helped us was awesome and got us in! Condo was clean, had literally everything we needed for kitchen-had keurig or big coffee pot, extra bath towels etc. The beach view was from a window, not a balcony but we were at the beach the whole time anyway. I recommend taking ALL the key fobs with you to get in and out of the gates as we discovered that there were two that only worked when they wanted to. The only thing extra we bought besides groceries were beach towels. I don’t have anything negative to say, and we will more than likely come back to this one next year!

The views from balcony are amazing. Walking distance to beach. Really like the parking garage which made it easy to access elevator. Building is really clean and well maintained.
