This inviting three bedroom, two bathroom corner condo sits right on the ocean at the Compass Cove Mariner Tower in Myrtle Beach and welcomes you with a sweeping wraparound balcony and plenty of room for up to ten guests. It is fully furnished, thoughtfully updated, and designed to make every moment of your stay feel easy and enjoyable.

Beginning in winter 2023, the condo received a fresh makeover that elevated its comfort and style. New LVP flooring replaced all carpeting, new baseboards were added throughout, and more recently a beautiful new furniture package was installed. The result is a bright and polished coastal retreat that feels both modern and warm.

As you step inside, the first bedroom is immediately to the left. This cozy room features a queen bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a small closet, a wall mounted TV, and a window that lets in soft natural light. It comfortably sleeps two. A little farther down the hall you will find the second bedroom, which offers two queen beds, plenty of storage, a wall mounted TV, and another window for natural light. This room is perfect for four guests and provides a comfortable place to unwind after a day on the beach.

Centrally located, the kitchen and laundry area make longer stays feel effortless. The stackable washer and dryer are a huge convenience for families and groups. The kitchen is spacious and open, and cooking while watching the waves is always a treat. It includes full size appliances, ample cabinet space, and essentials for preparing meals, along with small touches like a coffee maker. If you prefer to dine out, you will find an incredible variety of restaurants just a short walk or ride away, and delivery services are widely available in the area.

Across the hall from the kitchen is the guest bathroom, complete with a shower and tub combo, vanity, tile flooring, and fresh towels and washcloths.

The living room sits on the oceanfront side of the condo and opens to those gorgeous views that draw so many visitors to Myrtle Beach. As a corner unit, the balcony wraps around to the south, giving you extra space and an even wider panorama of the coastline. The living room is furnished with a large flat screen TV, a cozy sofa, three accent chairs, a coffee table, end tables, and a charming breakfast nook overlooking the water. The sofa converts into a queen bed for additional sleeping space, and a full size dining table for six sits between the living room and kitchen. Guests also love the brand new arcade game that adds a fun touch to the space.

Just off the living room is the master bedroom, a peaceful retreat featuring a king bed, dresser, nightstands, closet, and a large flat screen TV. The private master bathroom includes a full shower and tub combo and a vanity. This bedroom also offers direct access to the oceanfront balcony, a highlight for guests who love waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the sunrise stretching across the water.

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels (per bathroom), 8 washcloths (per bathroom), soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, makeup wipes, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
