The space
The master has 1 king bed. the guest bedroom has a king bed. the sofa pulls out into a queen bed. bunk-bed sit in the hallway area.

Please understand that this is not a hotel and we do not have daily housekeeping. we do not give extra linens like towels and washcloths as we provide what the unit sleeps and we also have a washer and dryer inside the unit we provide laundry detergent as well to get you through your stay.

Emerald Beach Resort is a fun, family oriented destination in Panama City Beach, Florida. It’s right on the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It’s near the Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex. With high-speed elevators, there's never a long wait to get to your vacation rental.

Emerald Beach Resort has all the amenities you expect from a first class vacation destination. The beachfront pool area has a large seasonally heated pool, a hot tub and a tiki bar. The north pool area has two pools, a hot tub, shuffleboard and beautiful palm trees, too.

In addition to the pools, there are grilling areas, an ice cream and pizza shop, the Sunsations gift & sundry shop and an onsite Starbucks. The Sky Bar offers your favorite beverages. There is a fitness room with state of the art equipment, game rooms with pool tables, air hockey, foosball and ping pong tables. The gated covered parking garage and 24-hour security will make you feel safe and sound.

There are many seasonal activities at Emerald Beach Resort including: live music, karaoke, trivia, cigar & whiskey tastings, beach yoga, exercise classes, wine & cheese gatherings, water aerobics, poolside movie nights, ice cream socials and bingo.

Other things to note
All guests must wear wristbands while on property, particularly when in the pool area and gym. which is provided by us and left in the unit. please leave the wristbands on the counter when checking out.

No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area. No food allowed in the pool area. Proper bathing suits must be worn in the pool and hot tub, with no cut-offs. Air mattresses, flotation devices, beach balls, scuba, and snorkeling equipment are not to be used in the pool area, except for simple goggles and face masks. All guests must wear wristbands provided by us for pool.

please be respectful to others on the property and respectful to us, and if you notice something that needs attention in the condo, please reach out on here, and I will address it. I want all my guests to feel at home away from home and will take good care of you.

All booking guests must be at least 23 years of age and be present for the entire length of the stay from check-in to check-out. However, during the month of March all booking guest must be 25 years of age and be present for the entire length of the stay from check-in to check-out
