Located in the exclusive resort community, The Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane, this sprawling townhome is minutes from shops, restaurants, and popular hotspots like Walt Disney World and Universal Studios! Well-loved and updated, this townhome has had numerous updates, guaranteeing your comfort! Accessible for all, the home has been adapted for wheelchair and mobility chair users with a concrete ramp, wide doorways, and one accessible bedroom and bathroom.

Adorned with some of your favorite Disney characters, the open-concept living room boasts plush furnishings and a large TV. The adjacent full kitchen makes cooking a breeze with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and ample meal prep space. A private washer/dryer is available right off this space.

The townhome's primary bedroom is bright and spacious, featuring a spa-like en suite bathroom. There is another en suite bedroom and two additional guest bedrooms that share a bathroom. Other interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access.

Outside, you're only minutes away from the resort's clubhouse, community pool, playgrounds, tiki bar, athletic courts, and lake access. When another day on vacation comes to a close, sit and enjoy each other's company on the patio while watching the sunset display its vibrant hues.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
An additional $20 resort fee will be collected before check-in for access to the community pool, playground area with slides, tropical bar, tennis and basketball courts, Bocce, lake, and a car wash bay.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
