Spacious, good location

Plenty of room for family of six. Good location for easy walk to the lifts. Good parking. The kitchen ware could use an update but overall a nice place to stay.

Great stay & great value

Condo is clean and well stocked with basic needs. They even brought us over a few more towels during our stay. The location to the lifts is about a 5 mins walk, perfect! The carpet has a few stains, the blinds were slightly broken yet functional and the condo could use a round of new pillows. Overall, would stay here again and the property management company was great and easy to work with.

Only concern was limited parking at night with two cars, but it all worked out.

Just meh but good location.

The location is great but the place itself needs an update. You can hear a lot of foot traffic and dogs barking. There was no soap in the kitchen. Limited kitchen items. Everything out of date. Pillows and beds need an update.

This condo was perfect for us!

We are foster parents so finding a place with plenty of room is very important but also finding something clean and in a great area are also top priorities. When we originally booked we only had booked for 3 nights but soon decide this place was so perfect for us that we added a couple of nights. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen very well stocked with necessities as well as bathrooms which included extra towels, toilet tissue and shampoo/condition/lotion. I can’t rate this condo high enough based on the comfort and convenience of the entire experience. Love it and we will definitely be back. ❀

Girls hiking trip

Overall, we were very happy with our Evergreen condo. We did have difficulty finding out exact condo as the numbers weren’t posted on the outside of the building. It was very spacious and clean. In the master bedroom a slat or two were missing from the blinds. The directions for the TV were difficult to follow. But, overall, we were very satisfied with our condo and stay in Crested Butte

The only complaint we had was about the wedding, where they try to be very fancy using a quilt in a double sheet. You are either too hot or too cold and there is no middle ground with the covers. Much more practical is a blanket and a light quilt. The location can't be beat as we could ski back to the condo and it was just a short walk to the list. Housekeeping could have paid more attention to the humidifiers, which were kind of gross so we did not use them.

Great accommodations for a family of six (6)

This is a beautiful Condo within walking distance to the slopes. We had 6 adults including two married couples. One couple had to sleep in twin beds which seemed small to them as they haven't been in twin beds for over 30 years! We knew this when we booked but the price was right so they agreed to the twin bed situation. Two (2) nice big bathrooms to share.

Great mountain proximity

We loved being able to stay close to the mountain! We walked about 5 minutes to the lifts. The property is just as pictured and we loved our stay. The beds are pretty firm and the kitchen is sparse, like no kitchen towels but came with other items you needed! Tv had Netflix and other apps. We could hear everything from our upstairs neighbors though so be warned. Bring a fan or earplugs just in case. There were also 2 humidifiers which saved us! Most of the board games are missing pieces or half complete so bring your own if you can. Overall, great experience but could use some updates:)

Good deal and close to the slopes.

We loved everything about this home except for the master bed - which needs some love. It needs a new mattress. The walls must be thin because you will hear your neighbors but all in all it was a fair deal.
