This is a fantastic, well maintained Crested Mountain Condo. This condo complex is skier's right of the base area. You literally walk out your door and put your skis on. The base area with shuttle services, ski shops, restaurants, etc are seconds away.
The condo is on the slope level — open the slider and step on the slopes! On this level you will find a comfortable family room with a gas fireplace, flatscreen tv, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, Queen pullout sofa, and a half bath.
The condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2 guest rooms share a bathroom. Those rooms are set up with a queen in one room and 2 sets of bunk beds in the other (twin over full, and twin over twin). A full size washer and dryer can be found in the guest bathroom. There is a complex hot tub that is open seasonally.
In the winter season, please note that because this condo is on the slopes, you may hear the groomers in their cats in the middle of the night readying the slopes with some perfect corduroy for the morning.
Parking: Parking is available for 2 vehicles. The first car may be parked in the A1 garage. The second car must be parked DIRECTLY OUTSIDE of the A1 garage door. Parking permits must be visibly displayed on your dashboard to include your name/phone number in case of emergencies.
No trailers or RVs are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants. Vehicles may not exceed 19 feet in length, measured from the front bumper to the end of the vehicle, including trailer hitches and bike carriers. Regardless of vehicle length, the end of the vehicle may extend no further than 20 feet from the garage door. For example, a vehicle that is 19 feet long must be parked no more than 1 foot from the garage door. The purpose of this rule is to ensure that each Unit’s parking space is not obstructed and that there is enough room in the parking lot so that each parking space in front of every garage is fully accessible by car.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years. Children of all ages are welcome with their parent or legal guardian. No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled, for any reason, 30 days or more from the arrival date. The 5% booking fee will not be refunded. If you have to cancel your reservation within the 30 day non-refundable window, we will try to re-rent the property for you, with your written permission. If successful, we will refund you the amount we were able to generate during the same dates as your reservation, minus the 5% booking fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
