Fully Furnished, remodeled to have a comfortable stay.
From this studio/condo you will have a north view of the beach, city and river.
The spectacular view are from inside the unit or from the narrow standing balcony.
It is cozy furnished and remodeled to have an amazing time with a queen size bed, full size sofa sleeper with a new memory foam mattress, full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker Keurig, toaster, pots and pans, all utensils, glassware, dishes, blender.
For your entertainment you have a 52" Smart TV.

We will provide linens, towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.

*Update February 2024:
Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. All amenities are closed all pools, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna, restaurant, tiki bar. There is beach access still available right next door walking (North of the building).
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed.
There will be repairs and construction during 2024.
Parking garage is closed and parking is available next door of the Resort to the south side lot.
For Beach access you would need to exit from the front lobby, make a right and walk passed the parking garage, make a right and it is between the two buildings. Also you have water to wash off your beach items.

We can guarantee a clean and comfortable stay, but unfortunately we can't guarantee that the amenities are open at the Resort. The Daytona Beach Resort has the ability to close them at anytime.

Parking garage is closed and parking is available by following map posted in the lobby. Additional parking is available right next door south lot.
You will find a parking pass inside the room. Please display the pass on your vehicle windshield. Only one parking pass per Unit. You must return the parking pass inside the room prior to check-out.

Last minute rentals are accepted.
Rates are adjusted based that amenities are closed.
You are welcome to ask for specials.
