A peaceful home base for beach trips, fishing, IMG Academy visits and Gulf Coast getaways. Keep an eye out for manatees in the canal.

The space

The condo includes two private bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, closet and dresser.

The spacious living room includes a large sectional with plenty of room for the whole group to relax.

The kitchen includes the essentials for basic meal preparation, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle. An in-unit washer and dryer make beach days and longer stays much easier.

The bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, and the condo has central air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Outside, guests can enjoy seating on the terrace, relax beneath the canal-side gazebo, and gather around the fire pit. The waterfront setting is ideal for unwinding, watching the sunset and enjoying the quieter side of coastal Florida. You may even spot a manatee swimming through the canal.

Fishing poles and beach gear are provided for guest use.

Guests have private access to the entire two-bedroom condo.

You may also enjoy the outdoor terrace, canal-side gazebo, grill, fire pit and waterfront areas.

A lockbox code will be provided before check-in for convenient self check-in.

Other things to note

This is a great spot for guests who want to enjoy both the water and the beach. Spend your mornings by the canal, keep an eye out for manatees, relax beneath the gazebo or around the fire pit, then head to Anna Maria Island for the beach, restaurants and sunsets.

The condo is also well located for IMG Academy visits and exploring Cortez, Bradenton and the surrounding Gulf Coast.

Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor common areas only. There are no cameras inside the condo.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the waterfront and dock area for fishing and relaxing by the canal. Boat dockage is not included with the reservation unless separately approved in writing before arrival.
