Diese 2-Schlafzimmer-Wohnung mit Loft und 3 Bädern erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen mit einem Eingang im zweiten Stock und ist eine unserer am nächsten gelegenen Anlagen zu den Aufzügen. Das Gerät bietet angenehme Unterkünfte mit moderaten Möbeln und einigen aktualisierten Funktionen. Die Wohnanlage verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Esstisch für 8 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Holzkamin, einen 42-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, einen DVD- und CD-Player sowie WLAN-Internetzugang und einen kleinen Balkon. Dieses Gerät hat keine Klimaanlage.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen 13-Zoll-Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Der Fernseher im Dachgeschoss und das zweite Schlafzimmer sind nur für DVD / Spiele geeignet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und Zugang zu einem Bad im Flur. Der Dachboden hat ein französisches Bett, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Loft ist zum Wohnzimmer hin offen. Die Waschmaschine / Trockner befindet sich im Flur zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern. Diese Wohnung ist ca. 1200 Quadratmeter groß und bietet Platz für 6 Gäste.
Komplexe Merkmale: Die Greyhawk Condominiums befinden sich in Warm Springs, etwa einen Block von den Warm Springs Liften auf Bald Mountain und Après Ski Spots entfernt. Dieser Komplex verfügt über einen ganzjährig geöffneten Salzpool, der im Winter auf 102 ° C erwärmt wird, eine Sauna und eine Münzwaschmaschine. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle, der nur einen halben Block von der Wohnung entfernt hält und Sie in die Innenstadt von Ketchum und zum Sun Valley Resort bringt. Das Parken ist auf zwei Autos pro Einheit beschränkt.

Great location

Short walk to warm springs lifts and ski rentals and Apple’s. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it spacious enough for a family of six. Nice view of the hill also and lifts.

Great location

Wonderful location. 5 minute walk to the Warm Springs lift. Clean unit with everything that we needed. Only negative was no hot tub.

Also is equiped with everything you need for cooking, hot tub and everything is very nice, I highly recommend this property. The description is very accurate in regards of the amenities and location. My only complaint would be that for check out you have to go to downtown Ketchum to return the keys to the leasing office and is a little inconvinient if you need to go to the airport afterwards.

I’m not sure the listing stated that there were 14 stairs to climb to the unit front door. This was challenging for me. Also the parking situation at Greyhawk was challenging. Given a pass for the upper or only then a pass for upper and lower. The snowplow would knock on your door to move your car so he could clear, which was inconvenient. Sometimes there were no spots available in the upper lot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grayhawk 10 last year. Grayhawk 9 this year. Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and in-unit laundry in both is great. Modern and clean and a nice view of the slopes from both units. Only issue is having to go up and down the stairs with skis, especially after a long day of skiing. On our last day, an owner said something about storing his skis in or close to the communal laundry room but I didn’t check it out. Other issue was 3 families in our 3 bedroom but only allowed 2 parking passes. Understandable for busy times but our week was not busy and we still had to move cars around daily for fear of getting booted.

It's was great to have 3 full bathrooms!

Great overall, but there was no patio or balcony to sit as a small group to enjoy the outside views. The plus side to this condo was there were 3 Full size bathrooms, so it's was wonderful not to be waiting. Plenty of linen & kitchenware, etc.
