Unwind at this spacious 4 bed, 2 bath, just a short 16 minute walk to Lake Geneva. This home features a 3-season porch with a wood burning fireplace. There is a large, private backyard with a fire pit & hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
Be sure to take advantage of Lake Geneva's variety of outdoor activities, including swimming, boating & more.

Total of 5 parking spots provided by a spacious circle driveway. If you anticipate needing parking for more than this, please inquire.
A short walk will take you to Fontana public beach, and the Country Club Estates 9-hole public golf course is just minutes away.
Please note: private HOA amenities are not included.
Other things to note:
*Street parking is prohibited.
*A Nest doorbell is installed on the front door for your security and peace of mind.
*Per HOA, we are required to collect license plate information and booking guests' contact details. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send an electronic form for you to provide this information.
