Come relax and enjoy the easy lake life in my this magnificent waterfront 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on beautiful Lake Hartwell. Enjoy the gentle walk down to the dock and paddle the boat or kayak around the lake! Explore the stream on the property feeding into the lake! Grill out on the huge deck! As if the lake and outdoor activities weren't enough, this spacious home is stocked with games galore as well as smart TV and high speed wifi. Ask about nightly rate for rv hook up and a private chef experience (additional charge).

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place. You will always find a nice place to sit and read on this beautiful wrap around porch or take the steps down to the swing on the back patio. You may even see some deer passing by.

Or take a walk down to the dock and sit. There is also a Peddle boat, kayak, life jackets, and floating devices for a quick swim.

The Pontoon boat is not included, but you can rent one from the Hartwell Marine.

If you’re looking for more fun there are plenty of puzzles, board games, cards and movies.

You might also want to take a short ride down the street to the Safari camp and feed the wildlife.

Don’t miss the walking trail along Hartwell Lake Dam with great photo ops at sunrise and sunset. Then stop in town on your way back and have lunch at Market 50 or dinner at the brewery or 329 restaurant. Check out the local list for other great things to see and do. Basement level with one bedroom and additional living room does not have it's own bathroom. Bathrooms are on main level and upper level.

Drive to home is paved with gravel driveway, plenty of parking.
