From the beginning to the end everything was smooth. The place is beautiful and very home like. We had such a great time looking forward to coming back soon!

Cape Coral

The house and grounds were beautiful! The pictures on the listing didn’t do it justice! The beds were comfortable and bathrooms are clean and updated. Coming from cold Baltimore sitting by the pool for a week was such a pleasure! Any problems we had (minor) they were right on top of it! We would definitely recommend this house to everyone!

The house needs some maintenance, hole in shower covered with tape, blinds in rough shape, arrived on a Tuesday and waited until Friday for pool to get cleaned. Washer is loud, dryer is poor, dishwasher isn't the best, etc. Everything outside needs a good power spray, moldy, dirty, really too bad since I was looking for a place to purchase and with it being for sale thought I would try it out. With a little investment and elbow grease the place would be beautiful. Location was very nice for the things I like do.

Suntime relaxation

The property definately needs some attention to details but overall was nice. New blinds and better pans needed. Washer had loud noises the entire time it runs water and Dryer does not dry clothes. Need wahsclothes for bathrooms and kitchen.
