Want to play billiards and soccer? Gather around the new one-of-a-kind built-in Snookball table. Show off your skills in bartending and pass the drinks along through the kitchen window bar area with bar height seating for eight and an additional seating area on the turf with seating for four. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens to a large living room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 75-inch TCL with Roku 4K Smart television and a natural gas fireplace with a comfortable remote-controlled ceiling fan. Watch the latest sports or enjoy the PlayStation 5, which has access to an online catalog to play additional games! The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 10. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances such as a GE Profile side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located across bedroom four and features a King-sized Bed, a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 65-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks. This bedroom has an exercise room with a Peloton bike, adjustable weights, two yoga mats, and a 48-inch LG TV.

Suite 2 is located to the right of the entrance doors and features two Queen-sized Beds, a 55-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.
Casita Suite 3 is located to the left front courtyard and features a King-sized Bed, a 58-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television, and a reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.
Bedroom 4 is next to the powder room and features two Full-sized Beds, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 55-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a standalone clothes hanger rod with drawers.
Bedroom 5 is next to bedroom six and features a Full Over Full with Twin Trundle Bunk Bed, 55-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, decorative planet light fixture, and reach-in closet.
Bedroom 6 is next to the laundry room and features a King-sized Bed, a 58-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet with access to the back patio.
The hallway bathroom features a bathtub and shower combo and two vanity sinks.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
