A starter pack of essentials, including 2-3 rolls of toilet paper, 1-2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and 2-3 garbage bags.
1 travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and makeup remover towels.
Pantry Items: Due to health and safety guidelines, all pantry items are removed between guests. Please bring your own cooking essentials, such as oil, spices, and sugar.
Fire Pit: Guests must bring their own firewood for the fire pit.
Gas Grill: Available for guest use from April to October.
Things to Note:
The main house is accessed via several flights of stairs.
No smoking or pets are allowed.
Guests have access to parking for up to 2 cars, the entire main house, the large deck, and shared use of the backyard with duplex guests.
The loft and wood-burning stove are not available for guest use.

When we travel, we love to spend lots of time outdoors, laugh a lot and eat great meals together. Our hope for renting out our property is to allow other families to make amazing memories with their loved ones.

When we first saw this property, we absolutely fell in love! We love traveling with our extended family, but sometimes wish we could escape into our own private space for a while. We knew this was the perfect location to explore all that Door County has to offer while spending quality time with friends and family!

Our main house is perfect for smaller groups or families looking to enjoy all that Door County has to offer in a charming, walkable location. With two spacious bedrooms (king and queen beds) and a newly remodeled kitchen, this cozy retreat comfortably hosts up to 4 guests, ideal for quiet gatherings with family or friends. The open layout brings everyone together in the living room (complete with puzzles, games, a large Smart TV, cable and high-speed internet) or in the dining area (seating for 10), making it easy to enjoy meals and relax in each otherâs company. Located just one block from the bay, our property allows guests to take in beautiful winter shoreline walks, while also being a short distance from all the holiday highlights in Ephraim and beyond.
In December, Ephraimâs âChristmas in the Villageâ event fills the streets with holiday cheer, offering carriage rides, festive lights, and seasonal treats. Sister Bayâs Christmas Market, only a 6-minute drive away, is another local favorite, providing unique gifts and holiday-themed shopping on select weekends.
