Tolle Lage, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Strand zu Fuß, Promenade, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Sie können Ihr Auto für eine Woche parken und überall hingehen (Sprit sparen). Aktualisierte Küche und Bäder. Schön möbliert, zentrale Klimaanlage (neu). Schöner Garten mit Stühlen, Tisch und Grill. Zwei LCD-Großbildfernseher (einer 40 'im Familienzimmer und einer im Schlafzimmer.). Stereoanlage, schöne abgeschirmte Veranda, Florida-Zimmer, zwei Kamine (die Sie nicht brauchen, aber sie machen das Haus gemütlich) und vieles mehr. Highspeed-Internet - bringen Sie einfach Ihren Laptop mit. Neuer Frontlader-Waschtrockner. Die Lage ist absolut wunderbar und das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt.
Ich vermiete wöchentlich von Samstag bis Samstag; Die Mietkosten hängen von der Saisonrate ab. In den Zahlungen ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 400 USD enthalten, die nach der Anmietung ohne Beschädigung zurückerstattet wird. Es gibt zwei Zahlungen, eine mit dem unterzeichneten Vertrag und die zweite Zahlung ist 6 Wochen vor Mietbeginn fällig.

Had a great stay in Rehoboth Beach. The kitchen was very well stocked, the location was great - short walking distance to the beach and Rehoboth Boulevard, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood for that good nights sleep. Our host was incredibly accommodating.

We come for a week each year, and this was our second stay at Kay's house. It's our favorite spot! Location is perfect. There's plenty of room for the family to spread out. Kitchen is well appointed, and so nice to have off-street parking for two cars.

Very pleased with the house and the short walk to restaurants and the beach.

Spacious 3 bedroom house with large enclosed patio that gets lots of sun and feels outdoors, and (when doors to the inside house are open) is also air conditioned.

The location is great—an easy 10-minute walk to the beach, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house itself is spacious and has everything you’d need for a week. It’s a ranch which can be helpful if stairs aren’t your thing. Not so small that we didn’t have space and not so big that we could be out of earshot of the kids. Kay is a great host as well!

Hidden gem

We loved the quiet location. The kids loved that there was some space outside to unwind that wasn't the beach. We were able to walk to the park with our kids and go to the farmer's market. Great meals are just a walk away. We had the best time here and can't wait until next year!

Relaxing stay

Great location to many beaches in the area, Rehoboth beach, Gordon’s pond beach and short drive to Lewes beaches and fishing! House is comfy and clean with lots of space. Can’t beat the outdoor shower after day at the beach. If you’re there on a Tuesday don’t miss the farmers market at the nearby park.

Great House! Was perfect for the 5 of us. Well equipped and nice private backyard with gas grill! Perfect! Thanks!
