Welcome to Three Knocks Cottage nestled in the wooded Campmeeting community of Mount Gretna. We invite you to make yourself at home in our cozy cottage! Centrally located with only a short walk to the Tabernacle, theatre, playgrounds, mini golf course, roller rink, restaurants, trailheads, the lake & beach and so much more!

Nikki, Joe, Amanda & Adam are excited to share all of what is loved and treasured about Mount Gretna with their guests. The newly updated 100 year old cottage offers modern amenities while still holding on to the Mount Gretna charm. Providing all the essentials such as WIFI, fresh linens, towels, basic kitchen gadgets, a coffee bar including a Nespresso coffee maker and hot tea options, board games and more! Guests will have access to the full cottage.

The main level offers an open floor plan with living room, dining, kitchen and laundry. Upstairs you will find 1 full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One offering 2 twin beds and the other offering 1 queen bed and a cozy library nook. Outdoors you can enjoy the spacious porch with comfortable seating perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktails! We offer one parking spot right next to home with additional parking within walking distance in the Carter Lot, Kaufmann Lot or along Route 117.

It was a really cozy cottage. It definitely had the old house feeling while still being updated and new. It reminded me a lot of my personal home and was easy to settle into. Adorable cottage and pleasant stay in Mt Gretna!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this adorable cottage!!! Our host was wonderful and very communicative; she reached out to us on several occasions to make sure everything was going well! We loved the accommodations and found the beds to be super comfortable!!! The location was just perfect, and we loved walking around the area! The drive to Hershey was easy too, and we really appreciated having our own parking spot next to the cottage! It was just a great overall experience and I highly recommend staying here!!!

Great little get away

The cottage is adorable! So clean and cozy. They thought of everything. Would definitely stay here again. Mt Gretna lake is so close. We walked to the Jigger shop for ice cream. At night everyone has their string lights on and it is such a unique place.

Lovely Cottage

Three Knocks is a lovely cottage. It is tastefully done in a simple cozy way. All your needs are met and everything is so clean. The location is lends itself to plenty of walks thru the nature in Mount Gretna camp meeting. There is one parking space and it is close to First Street for additional parking. The porch is a wonderful place to sit and read nd converse with friends. I enjoyed time catching up on life with a friend. I would recommend a stay here.

Fantastic Stay

Our family was in town for a figure skating competition and this property was a delight!. The interior is modern and updated with attention to every detail. Very comfortable beds and all the amenities you could possibly need. It is located in a nice community with lots of walking paths. It was cold and rainy for our stay, but we hope to return in the summer to take advantage of the beach and rails to trails spur (only a short walk from the cottage). We also had dinner at the Hide Away (only a five minute walk) both evenings and enjoyed great ambiance and food. All in all, fantastic trip. Thank you.

Cozy getaway

This property was exactly as listed. It was a clean and cozy little place. We were in the area for a lacrosse tournament and this was a really nice alternative to a hotel stay. It was incredibly hot this weekend, so the AC and ceiling fans were a nice reprieve. The beds were comfortable and the owners were very responsive when needed. Parking was tight, but we also drive a Suburban! I’d definitely recommend.

My mom, sister and I stayed at this adorable cottage. It was thoughtfully hosted and was well stocked with the necessities. Check in and out were very simple. Note- it's an updated older home and there isn't much headroom on the stairs and some doorways. We appreciated the location near Lancaster, hiking trails, etc.

Sweet Surroundings & Comfort

3 friends on a weekend to catch up, explore nature & quaint Mt. Gretna area. The owners were generous and thoughtful hosts, filling the cottage with all of our needs from coffee, tea, kitchen needs, linens, towels ... all the amenities and super comfortable beds. The cottage is well maintained and the covered porch is so inviting. Older individuals be aware that the stairs, as with all cottages designed this era, are narrow & steep. Check in and check out instructions were super easy. We can't mention enough good qualities of this rental & we will definitely be back again.

Must-stay Mt. Gretna cottage

This home was exactly like the listing. It was incredibly clean and had all of the necessities for the weekend. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house is definitely updated, but still has the quaint charm of a Mt. Gretna cottage. The sofa and rocking chair on the front porch were so nice to relax in the evening and for morning coffee. Having a parking spot on the property was so helpful, as not all homes in this neighborhood do. We easily fit a large SUV in the parking spot. The home was easy to access from the main road as well. Stayed with 2 teenagers while in town for a local sports tournament. We enjoyed evening walks in the neighborhood, what we described as a real-life fairy village. Mt. Gretna is a very special place. This home is such a charming spot to stay. I would definitely recommend this to a small family or couple visiting the area.

EXCELLENT 🇺🇸

The cottage was very peaceful and quaint place to stay for the week while in PA for the Hershey RV Show. The drive in is on a winding, foilage covered 2 lane which is spectacular. The roads in the Campmeeting area are tight, but easily negotiable, just be aware the roads are one-way with walk-only pathways. The cottage is appointed perfectly, and felt comfortable immediately upon entering. As others have mentioned, the ceiling at the stairs is low, only hit my head once🤕. The owners were quick to answer any questions prior to my arrival, and i would definitely stay at the property again.
