In addition to the written description, the listing contains numerous photos of the pool facilities, which clearly show a large community aquatic center that would not be part of a private home. This information has been available to every guest, and in over 200 reservations this is the first time anyone has believed the pool was inside the house. Regarding cleanliness, we took your concerns seriously and responded immediately. We sent our cleaning team back to the property to re-clean the floors, dining chairs, and outdoor furniture. We also had the hot tub professionally serviced and chemically treated during your stay to address your concerns. Despite these efforts, you continued to state that the hot tub was unusable. While outdoor furniture in a mountain environment can naturally collect pollen, dust, and other outdoor debris between cleanings, we still made every effort to address each concern as quickly as possible. We work hard to provide an accurately represented property, maintain a clean and well-cared-for home, and provide responsive customer service.
