Welcome to 1910 Brighton, this 3 bed, 3 bath condo has a fantastic, direct ocean view. With an incredible room layout, this condo is the perfect place for a family vacation, girls' getaway or guys' golf trip. The living room is spacious and stylish with a leather sofa, loveseat and club chair. This room is open to the dining area and kitchen, but more importantly, it accesses the large balcony, which has a table with seating for 4 and 3 rockers. The dining area has a large table to seat 6 and there is room for 2 more at the eat-at bar. Directly off the dining area is another balcony overlooking the resort, with a lounger and chair for taking in the scenery. Next up is the kitchen, this open space features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and tons of cooking and baking ware (including an air fryer, crockpot and 2 types of coffee makers).

The master bedroom has a wonderful view of the Atlantic below and features a king-sized bed and access to the balcony. This room also has a private en-suite with double vanity, separate shower and large jetted tub.
The first guest bedroom also has many of the features the master does, a king-sized bed, access to the balcony and access to the main guest bathroom which has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. .
The second guest bedroom is at the end of the entry hall, this enormous bedroom features two queen beds, accesses it’s own small balcony overlooking the resort and Lake Arrowhead and has a private en-suite with a double vanity, separate shower and tub/shower combination.
