Beautifully decorated and completely updated, this 2 bedroom ocean view unit is located on the 20th floor of the brilliant Brighton building of Kingston Plantation. This modern unit features a delightful living room, with access to the balcony and its amazing view; and a truly spectacular dining room with seating for 6 that boasts a hand-laid stone accent wall!! The kitchen is filled with light and full of charm and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and all the cooking accessories you will need! The sizeable master bedroom has a king sized bed, seating area, stylish desk and access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and separate tiled tub and shower area. The guest room is also quite spacious with 2 queen sized beds and soothing décor! The 3 piece guest bathroom is across the hall from the guest room and also houses the full sized washer and dryer.

CDC CLEANING AND DISINFECTING
NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.
