On the ocean side, an expansive split-level sundeck offers abundant outdoor living space supplemented by an enormous rocking chair-lined screened porch, gazebo with built-in benches, and private boardwalk with rinsing shower and direct access to the beach.

The oceanfront outdoor living spaces lead directly into the top floor of this two-story home where the amazing ocean view follows. Central common areas include the great room with game nook and wet bar as well as the kitchen/dining area adjacent to the front porch (think sunsets!).

BEACH GEAR: Receive a limited credit toward beach gear rentals by VayKLife! Make your vacation FUN and EASY by having your favorite beach equipment delivered to your rental home. Reservation must be 7 to 21 nights between Apr 1 and Oct 31.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

BEACH / CREEK ACCESS: The private beach boardwalk, leading from the oceanside sundeck, provides a gazebo on the near end and gathering deck on the far end with rinsing shower and built-in benches. A small public boat launch is located one street over on Sundial Drive, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this unique coastal community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as the tidal creek. A stroll-about will unfold scenic Lowcountry vistas, rekindle friendships from past stays, and provide access to a sample of local shops and restaurants. The greater Waccamaw Neck area additionally offers grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks, boat excursions, Brookgreen Gardens (nationally renowned), Huntington Beach State Park (think history, birding), and more.
