The place was very clean, modern appliances, comfortable beds, beautiful views and great location. But, we had trouble from day one. I had messaged the rental agency at least twice inquiring about elevator since the rental was on the 3rd floor. They always answered it had an elevator. When we arrived we quickly found out not only was the elevator broken, it had been broken for weeks and no one told us. My husband is elderly with asthma and it was really hard on him. The Grandchildren and I had to take everything up basically 4 flights of stairs. The rental is on 3rd floor but the condos are on stilts and you have to go up stairs to get to 1st floor. The WIFI did not work. I contacted the company and they had me unplug the modem and router over and over again. My grandson found a paper with another WIFI address and pswd for the condo. We got connected but the next morning it wouldn’t work. I checked all connections and found one loose. I fixed that. They sent a repair man the next day but I had it going then. The pool gate pass code was different from what they sent me. When leaving the last day the dishwasher wouldn’t come on. But the worst was when my car got towed. I had driven and removed the parking pass from the windshield so I could see better, laid it on the console and forgot to put it back. Although it could clearly be seen if you looked in the car, my car was towed because it was not displayed properly. I will NEVER stay at dolphin cove again or use Sea Star Realty
