Outdoor lovers rejoice! This tree-lined home is nestled in the Sapphire Valley Community and boasts a plethora of amazing amenities. During your stay, soak up the warm North Carolina sunshine while swimming in the pools, playing on the putt-putt course, walking on the nature trails, and dining at the picnic areas. Two hot tubs, a sauna, an outdoor track, and a weight room are also available as part of Sapphire Valley. Within minutes of your stay, you can visit Gorges State Park, numerous waterfalls, great restaurants, and convenience stores.

Back after a day filled with brand-new adventures, gather on the living room's plush seating before whipping up something tasty in the rooster-themed kitchen. When it's time to eat, dine as a family at the wooden dining table.

Equally charming, the four sizable bedrooms are lined with wilderness-themed mementos and soft quilts. Off the primary bedroom, you'll have private balcony access and an en suite bathroom complete with a jetted tub. A separate laundry room and central air-conditioning round out the interior amenities.

When the sun begins to set over the trees, head for one of the balconies to watch the sunset's yellow, orange, and pink hues fill the sky.

THINGS TO KNOW
-The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home.
-The fireplace is not for guest use.
-The Internet connection offered at this home is not ideal for streaming, video conferencing, and other high bandwidth tasks.Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
