Enjoy a fantastic location about a half mile away from the lifts. There is a free bus shuttle that will pick you up right in front of the Three Seasons building. Other great local attractions include Crested Butte Mountain Resort, Snodgrass Trailhead, Center For The Arts Crested Butte, Rainbow Park, Crested Butte Nordic, Brush Creek Trailhead, and downtown Crested Butte.

This newly renovated condo faces Mount Crested Butte, which can be easily admired from the comfort of your private balcony. Discover brand-new floors throughout and new appliances and furniture, providing you with the ultimate vacation spot. As you enter this mountain charmer, you will encounter a welcoming living room with a large 75-inch smart TV with streaming and over 100 cable channels to keep you entertained during your stay. Stretch out on the comfy recliner sofa and catch your favorite show or movie! The full kitchen will have your back when mealtime comes. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This quiet period applies to common areas as well as unit interiors.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming is available using your own accounts.
The pool and hot tub are closed until winter due to remodeling.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
