Bracken Bungalow - Cozy retreat a short stroll from downtown Brevard

This cozy retreat is located just a gentle 4-block stroll to the heart of Brevard, NC with its many restaurants, shops, and breweries. Bracken Bungalow is also close to the Brevard Music Center and other music venues.

With almost 350 waterfalls across the state, more than 250 are in Transylvania County alone, with Brevard as the county seat. Known as the Land of Waterfalls, this area puts visitors within easy access to the waterfalls and is known as a hiking and biking mecca.
This home has two bedrooms both with queen beds, and two full bathrooms. The dining room table seats six, and there is an adjacent bar that seats two for dining. The open floor plan provides plenty of room to relax and unwind and allows for uninterrupted conversation from the kitchen to the living room. There is an office nook with chair for use.

The house has a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The kitchen is well stocked with ample cookware, dishes, and glasses for cooking a delicious meal at home. There is a hand mixer, a waffle maker, a blender, and a crockpot. The gas grill is on the lower level in the basement and available to use. The basement is available for bike storage or other gear you are traveling with and is stocked with a bike stand, floor pump, and bike cleaning supplies.

2. There are only two parking spots and no parking on the street in front of the house. There is on-street parking within a few blocks of the house.
