Unsere Disney-Themen-Haus ist ein wenig mehr als eine halbe Meile vom Disneyland, nur einen 20-minütigen Spaziergang! Mit Platz für die ganze Familie, unser Haus ist der perfekte Ort, um Ihren Urlaub Disney Familie genießen. Genießen Sie Ihren eigenen privaten Wohn Pool und beobachten das Feuerwerk von der Rückseite des Hofes - Ihre Zeit bei Magicway Haus ist sicher magische Erinnerungen für die ganze Familie zu schaffen!
Dieses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern wurde elegant für Familien umgebaut. Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables cal-Kingsize-Bett und einen 42 "LED-TV, DVD und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Neben dem Meister befindet sich ein lustiges Disney-Kinderzimmer mit einem Etagenbett (Twin over Full and Trundle), PlayStation, Fernseher und Spielen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat auch große Doppelbett, die elegant eingerichtet.
Unsere offene Küche und Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen 55-Zoll-LG-TV, Blu-ray-Player, kostenfreiem WLAN und eine Wii mit mehreren Spielen. Ein Kabelabonnement für den Disney-Kanal ist ebenfalls verfügbar, damit Sie und Ihre Kinder Ihre Lieblingsshows und -spiele im Urlaub nicht verpassen. Sie können auch zu Netflix durch unsere Blue-ray-Player oder sehen eine unserer Lieblings-Disney-DVD-Filme verbinden! Die moderne Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen und die Töpfe und Pfannen, um eine hausgemachte Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Wir haben sogar einen Crêpière und eine Bratpfanne. Teller, Besteck, Kochgeschirr, Kinder Teller und Besteck, ein Topf-Topf, Kaffeekanne und mehr sind alle da für Ihren Einsatz. Ein Hochstuhl und Kindersitz sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Außerhalb finden Sie einen funkelnden gated Pool. Ein Grill- und Terrassenset befindet sich ebenfalls im Hinterhof, sodass Sie Ihre Lieblingsburger und Hot Dogs grillen können, während Sie den Kindern beim Schwimmen zusehen. In der Garage finden Sie unsere Electrolux Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihren Einsatz.

Eine Tastatureingabe macht es einfach für die Gäste in und aus dem Haus zu bekommen. Es besteht keine Notwendigkeit, einen Schlüssel zu holen, so dass Sie flexibel sind, um anzukommen, wenn es für Sie bequem ist. Darüber hinaus können Sie Ihre eigenen persönlichen Code machen, so wird es keine Sorge sein gesperrt wird oder fragen sich, wo Sie den Schlüssel gegeben. Photos were misleading … inside was outdated, dark & rundown! Screens falling off sliding door, gas oven appears to be original! Ice maker in refrigerator was broken & looks as though it has been! Outdoor pool was filthy - didn’t appear to have been cleaned in a while! Would not recommend staying there.

Great house with all of the necessary amenities.. we were comfortable, pool and could see Disneyland fireworks. Other than Disneyland , not enough close by but was perfect for our stay. Excellent response time and host.

Great spot for Disney and surrounding area

We did two days at Disney and two days visiting friends around Orange County and found this to be a great location and great house. Super comfortable with great amenities. The pool and little extras were fun for the kids and everything else was comfortable for the adults. Check in was super easy and getting to Disney each day and around the area was great.

The only complaint we had was that I said I would like to pool heated and said I would be happy to pay the 50 a day fee but it didn’t happen. They said I did not confirm it, but I don’t know where I would have confirmed it if I did it with an email otherwise it was delightful.

This property was great! The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Our visit was driven by events occurring at the Anaheim Convention Center. It was incredibly close to the center and also to Disney. It was nice to have access to Downtown Disney. Property Owner was very kind and responsive. Would highly recommend this location.

Really cute house love the layout. Only issue was the property manager was a bit difficult compared to most. Still had a blast and would come back. The walk to Disney was further than I realized but still one of the closest you can get.

We will definitely be back!

We are a party of 8 with a wheelchair boud adult invluded in this party. We were completely accommodated for the wheel chair accses. My brother was able to roll around as he pleased in and out the front and back doorways. The back yard area was large and so much fun for the kiddos. We definitely would not have had such a good time anywhere else. The home inside fit all of us comfortably. The kids were able to sleep in their room or livingroom. A lot of space. There is one stand up shower and one tub which is perfect for having a handicap brother. Made showering hi so much easier. The kitchen was fully stockd with everything you need! I was able to cook many meals helping my trip cost to come down substantially. We called for assistance and they responded immediately and efficiently. Big thanks to Jp and Rick for making that accomadation for us so quickly. Our kids all said they loved this home. And whoever said you cant see the freworks from this home must be blind(previous review that i read). We seen the weekend shows right from the back yard clear as ever. So amazing! Strict, but super close to parks

This was a nice place to stay and very convenient to the parks. The house was spacious and everyone had a bed. It has a large kitchen table and living room space. The only downfall is the super strict restrictions. We rented due to is flying a long distance and also running the Run Disney races to have a pool to relax in. Unfortunately we were not able to use it whenever we would want. I understand quiet and noise restrictions, we have them at our home too, but we are still able to be outside. Other than all the "rules" the place is a good location when wanting to do the parks everyday.

Good location but many problems

Location was great. Close to Disney and it was on a quiet cul-de-sac. Upon checkin we noticed the pool was VERY dirty. We called the property manager and he apologized and had someone come and clean it the following morning. Kitchen cabinet under the stove was full of BLACK mold. The odor was very strong and all of the hand towels and dishes had to be washed before we used them. We let the property manager know and they came out and cleaned the mold but the odor was still very strong. We went out and purchased candles to hide the smell but it wasn't helpful. There was a half eaten RX bar in the couch and the wrapper that one of the kids found. I wish these were the only issues but then we had a gas leak in the garage from the hot water heater. I called them in the morning and they didn't arrived until after 4pm to address the issue. Property owners were extremely slow to respond via VRBO app and Rick told us we would be refunded his entire commission based on how many problems we had with the house. After multiple ignored messaged I sent Rick a text and they finally responded via VRBO app and refunded 100.00 as a "courtesy." Mind you, we were in that house for a 10 day rental that smelled like mold the entire time. Hopefully their other properties are better kept.

Perfect Home away from Home

The decor was fun and inviting for all ages. This was the most fully stocked short term rental. Enough towels, etc for the bathrooms. The supplies in the kitchen were amazing. More than enough supplies to prepare a big dinner. The house was comfortable, inviting, and homey. The 7-year-old loved the bunk beds! It was easy to contact the property management team and they were very responsive.

Comfortable & Spacious but needs updating to be 'elegant' & 'modern'

Positives: *Spacious 'family' house with generous amenities located at the end of a cul-de-sac in quiet neighborhood...no noisy dusty traffic or loud neighbors. *Host Rick was usually prompt with communication and called personally to discuss the concerns I had with the pool cleaning and providing for a 17 months old toddler. He told me to call him right away if anything needed immediate attention and/or was not up to par during our stay. We found long hair on the white tile wall of the guest/second bathroom the first night and also had the sensor light go off five times while showering. I texted Rick the next AM and he quickly asked if we wanted the cleaner to come in and clean the bathroom again or if we just wanted to inform him of the poor job his cleaning staff had done. We decided on the latter. Rick took care of having the sensor light changed that day to a regular on-off switch. He also sent a staff immediately to clean the pool and backyard. Information to note: *The house description states "elegantly remodeled' and "modern kitchen". Not sure WHEN the remodel was done, but 'elegant' is not the word for the current condition of the house, and 'modern' for the kitchen is a stretch. Appliances are out-dated. Needed to use a long utility lighter to light the burners of the gas cooktop, and the lower right corner of the cooktop is damaged and covered with blue painters/masking tape. *Need to replace guest bathtub fixtures to be kid friendly...handheld shower w/hose!

Quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our short stay. Accommodations were appropriate for our group. The house was clean. The outside furniture cushions need replacing and could have been cleaned, otherwise if it would have been warmer we would have enjoyed the pool a lot more. My grandkids enjoyed the Disney vibe of the house.

Definitely needs some maintenance!! Pool was dirty and probably should be advertised as a house with optional pool.at extra cost. Pool shed needs some time, pool light on pool deck?? Broken lawn chair, rusty table. No dish cloths or tub stopper. Sink in ensuite slightly plugged which has been mentioned from previous guests. .No box springs: plywood. Washer leaks, dryer slow. House was clean when we arrived, master dusty. Kitchen could.have some basics like sugar, foil, oil. Lots of dishes, cutlery etc. Not a bad walk to Disney, 25 minutes. Overall 3 out of 5.

Disney Magic

We loved our stay! The house is perfectly located. We chose to drive to the Disney parking garage and ride the tram. This was super convenient and quick! The house is very cutely decorated. We enjoyed all the Disney touches. The house is very well stocked and had everything we needed. The landscaping in the back yard is lovely. We enjoyed all the fruit trees. I also appreciated that the check out list was short and didn't require us to do a bunch of chores. The host was great and gave us privacy. We had just have a few minor complaints - the queen bed had a stain on the sheets and there was no stopper for the tub so we couldn't give our kids baths. Thank you for a magical stay! We will be back.

*Max Occupancy - 9 individuals including infants and daytime visitors

*Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights

*Min age to book our properties is 25 years old or older.

*Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed.

*Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.

*Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back yard area.

*NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive).

*Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to pay all fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.
