The house was clean and organized. The home was stocked with plenty of linens and towels, along with complimentary toilet paper per bathroom, and motel like hand soap, shampoo & conditioner. but we did have to buy a few essentials like dishwashing & laundry detergent, and trash bags. The area worked out great for us close to the airport, however if commercial planes flying over the house is not something you're looking for, keep that noise in mind.
Some of the issues we had initially was the notice we could not use the garage or some closets due to the owner having storage there. Also, the listing indicates there is a hot tub, but there isn't one.
Other minor issues were: Dishwasher has no tray to place silverware in it to be cleaned or curtesy pods to do the first load. There are no strainers for the sink or disposal. No pans, pot, or other items to place in oven for cooking. No cutting boards. No drinking glass, just wine and beer glasses. And the curtains do not cover the width of the sliding patio door. They are about 3 feet to long dragging on the floor. The left side of the curtain rod appears to be coming out of the wall.
However we were afforded a "used" Pike Place Roasted K-Cup in the HiBrew coffee maker which appeared like the K-Cup was used just hours before we arrived.
