Are you doing any remote work when you are here? We hope you aren't but IF you are, our condo is setup with a small sit/stand desk, monitor, keyboard and zoom light to make it easy to take a conference call or send a few emails.

On the grounds:
- Beautiful saltwater pool and 2 hot tubs, areas to change and restrooms
- Fitness area with treadmills, stationary bikes, weights
- Outdoor clubhouse area with restrooms and barbeques

By booking, you agree to all of the following rules and agreements.

1). Vista Waikoloa is a smoke-free property. Smoking, drug use and vaping is NOT allowed inside the condo unit, on the lanai or on the property grounds. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2). Parties are NOT allowed at this property, including loud music. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest (s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund and a $1000 fine will be charged.

3). There is no daily housekeeping. For longer stays (over 14 days), there is a REQUIRED mid-stay cleaning for $150 (this light cleaning for 2 hours does NOT include any laundry or linen changes).

4). Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings, appliances in good order. Household inventory, appliances and furnishings shall be used respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.

5). Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Children are considered guests that must be stated in the reservation.

6). Not suitable for young children. This is a quiet property and unit.
