This beautiful luxurious home is guaranteed to make your stay comfortable so you can enjoy your vacation and make memories.

The space
Luxury meets comfort as soon as you step into this beautiful brand new home. While decorating, we have worked hard to create a "2nd home" feeling for our guests.

The open concept design living area is the home's heartbeat, combining the relaxing living room with an inviting dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large backyard doors allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day, and together with the light floors and tasteful décor, create a feeling of warmth and coziness.

Bedrooms:
Comfortable mattresses ( 1 king and 2 queens, also there is a sleeper sectional in the living room for extra sleeping space. Queen Size)
Extra pillows available and stored in the bedrooms closet.

Desk is located in the room. Please use a dinning chair.

Laundry room:
Guests are welcome to use the washer & dryer. Guests can use detergent provided or buy detergent that is free and clear. No scented detergent please.

Lanai:
Patio Furniture
Propane grill ( please clean after use) Guests are responsible to fill the propane tank before use to avoid running out.

Garage:
4 beach chairs

2 Boogie boards
2 sets of sand toys

Parking:
There are no rules in our area that prohibit the parking of recreational vehicles. Please park on the driveway and do not block the road or park on the grass.

Well Water:
Our home is on a septic system. Please DO NOT flush anything down the toilets or put anything down the drains other than human waste and toilet paper. This includes feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, diapers, paper towel, tissues, hair, food etc.. Septic systems are sensitive and can only handle toilet paper and human waste.

Pests:
Welcome to Florida where pests EVEN in a newly built home are to be expected. You absolutely will see lizards, birds, bugs, large beetles, insects, frogs, turtles, tortoises and more! Occasionally they MAY sneak their way in the home. We have pest control but sometimes they will find a way to get through into the home . For this reason, keep all doors and windows closed. This does not grant a free cancelation of your stay nor a refund.

Guest access
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Please do not try to access closets that are locked.
Other things to note

NO SHOES ALLOWED.
Please take your shoes off when entering the home at all times.

NO PETS ALLOWED
Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate pets at this time.

NO SMOKING
Absolutely NO smoking inside or around the home or lanai/porch if you would like to smoke please do so at the end of the driveway and dispose of your waste properly. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS OF ANY KIND
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any evidence or violation of this rule will result in a fine.
