Thank you very much for your thoughtful feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the layout, and the amenities, especially the gas fire pit. Regarding the pool, we do want to note that it is heated and controlled via the thermostat located right next to the pool area. We apologize if that was unclear during your stay— we will make sure our instructions are more visible and easy to follow going forward. We also appreciate your comments about the mattress comfort and nightstands in the master bedroom. This is the first time we’ve received feedback about the mattresses being too firm, but we take guest comfort seriously and will review this promptly and consider upgrading to a more universally comfortable option. The nightstands will also be added to improve convenience. Thank you again for your honest input— it truly helps us improve. We would love to host you again, and we hope to make your next stay even more comfortable.
