The location is great for most anything that guests want to do including visiting Red Rock Canyon, downtown, the Strip, or local businesses. We apologize for the lack of parking during your stay. It is not an HOA (by choice), so we have no control of where people park. We have not had a complaint about parking in the past, so hopefully this is an isolated time. The 2-car garage and 2-car driveway parking are usually more than sufficient for guests. We were at the home daily for several months during the remodel and did not encounter any noise concerns and have not had this comment from other guests either. Most guests have stated that it is very quiet. Again, we hope that was an isolated incident. We do appreciate your taking time to let us and others know that the home was remodeled and is even better than it was before. Keeping our homes up to date and extremely clean is a priority for us. We are glad that you found everything to be good for you in this respect. If you return to Las Vegas, we would be happy to have you as guests and offer you our repeat-guest discount. Thank you for your 5-star review and comments. We appreciate your taking time to post your review. We have never had a complaint about any of our beds. We use top-quality mattresses and change them often. We do have protective plastic liners over each mattress to prevent accidents and moisture. We also have thick mattress pads. We can only agree with you that you are very particular. When you sent a text message to let us know that you were having trouble with the barbecue, you stated that you didn't need it, so we did not send anyone to check on it like we did when you requested more blankets, etc.. After your departure, our maintenance people noted that the electronic started was bad, but that the barbecue unit itself could be lit with a lighter and everything worked fine. We replaced the electronic ignition that day. The hot water tank is located in the garage which is a good distance from the bathrooms and may take a few minutes to reach the showers. However, we have also never had a comment about this being a problem. We apologize that there is no safety rail, but we do not state that there is one in our listing. Once again, no one has ever mentioned that this is a problem but other guests have commented that they were happy that there is a tub for children and elderly guests. We agree that the location of the home to stores, the park, and lots of other places is an asset. We are glad that you found most everything to be good for you and hope that you will consider staying in our home again. Thank you again for your review.
