The charming neighborhood was built in the 30’s and 40’s. Friendly neighbors and parks close by. The apartment is newly constructed with top of the line counters and hardware. Double head spacious shower and bathroom. Washer and dryer inside the apartment. Smart TV with Wi-Fi. Netflix and Hulu included.
Guest access
Park in driveway only (have to have parking permit for the street). Enter through metal gate. It will be locked in evenings for safety. Use the fire pit, BBQ and yard when ever. Please clean up after use. Very friendly neighbors and we often get together in the street. Lots to do like walking/biking/running path close by. Grocery store, restaurants, yogurt, Starbucks, mail/hair saloons and more all in walking distance.
