Ground floor access so you do not have to climb stairs. Gated community for your peace of mind. Walk into the living room with sofa, dining room table and kitchen. 2 bedrooms with high-end mattresses for a comfortable night`s sleep, and a bathroom with shower and tub between the 2 bedrooms.

Guests have full access to the home. Washer and dryer are shared with the rest of the complex.

We live just a few miles away and are available if needed. Please message here on the site since this is monitored 24/7.

Half a block walk to nearest restaurant. Multiple bars/restaurants/markets within 2 blocks. Centrally located to so many things, including State Capital, gyms, Golden1 Arena, and multiple museums.

Easily walk to everything you need. Lightrail stop a couple blocks away or take Uber or a scooter to Old Sacramento, Raley Field, Golden1 Arena and more.
Parties/Noise: In order to respect the neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, we do not allow parties in the house, and we kindly ask that things are kept on the quieter side after 10:00 pm.

Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $25 for each guest over 4 unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties.

Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, place any dishes in the dishwasher and start it, and take out the trash. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.

Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.

Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home, please only smoke in the backyard. No smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or there will be a $300 charge.

Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.

Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.

Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, non-refundable fee. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet`s feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet.
$100 fee for any animal waste found on the property (inside and/or outdoor spaces) after you leave.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.

Noise: Please respect the neighbors by keeping sound down after 10:00 pm. Please be mindful as you move about the duplex that there might be someone trying to sleep next door.

Cameras: We have a Ring Video Doorbell camera installed at the entrance for safety.

Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.

Security Lock: The August smart lock will automatically lock after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.
