We have never had a guest like this so confused. All codes were e mailed, which they did not check. They were frantic when they called me , drove past the parking spot twice, they never read the condo information then blamed me for their faults. Most condos on the key were built over 40 years ago/ 100%. Condo is very beachy thru out. don't get that one, Nantucket couches, $ 5k//. kitchen is new thru out, condo was re built to accommodate 2 queen beds, Have ocean view from lanai, Also the total re model was over 200k$. This is the only people that have ever looked at the condo in this manner. The complex has re built the pool, put in new pavers, new garage roofs, putting in new landscape pavers. New gates in front. Our condo has been listed as the best value for the price. I wish people like thjis would enjoy them selves instead of complaining. If they can send us 2mm $$ maybe we could meet their needs, however, they asked me for a refund and complained instantly, I don't give them the refumd vrbo does. Very angry when she called, These are not happy people. We cannot have fans in the bathroom, they don't get it. 1 out let doen have to be changed, agreed. just 1., no one has ever been electrocuted.
