With direct access to the water, this location is perfect for fishing enthusiasts, sandbar adventurers, and those seeking scenic boat rides to local restaurants with convenient docking options. Situated just a few homes away from the open ocean, our property boasts a deep water flow-thru canal and a 50-foot concrete dock (Boat Lift has been removed) with breathtaking ocean views.



You'll have ample space to dock your boat, jet skis, kayaks, and more. Don't be surprised if you're greeted by manatees in the canal, as they're frequent visitors. The clean canal even invites you for a refreshing swim.



Attention, fishermen! Marathon is a renowned fishing destination, and you can easily book charters from local marinas. No need to bring your own boat; options like the 73" Marathon Lady are just 3 minutes away. Two Conchs Fishing Charters are conveniently located on the same channel as the house.



After a rewarding day of fishing, unwind on our shaded patio with ocean views, grill your catch on the BBQ, or soak in the brand new pool or our 7-person jetted spa to soothe your tired muscles.

Each of our four bedrooms features flat-screen TVs, luxurious bedding, and quality linens. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi. Our fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning ocean view from the dining room's large windows.

Dockage accommodates boats within 50 feet in length; only one boat per stay. (Boat Lift has been removed)

Pool heat is available for an additional $200 per week (plus tax), and $28.57 per additional day (plus tax) thereafter. Please note that pool/spa heat temperature is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a specific temperature.

Per stay, you can bring two vehicles and one trailer or three vehicles with no boat trailer.

Bicycles and Kayaks are not guaranteed.

Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.

Pet Friendly (Maximum of 1 under 50lbs) fee is $250 (PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PETS ON TO ANY BEDS- If pet hair is found in any of the beds there will be an extra fee charged. The fee will be the amount of the original cleaning fee.)

Maximum occupancy is 10 people, regardless of age.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM, strictly enforced. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, unless prior arrangements are made.

We provide one hairdryer per bathroom, towels, linens, and a starter kit of toiletries.

Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.

There are exterior recording devices at the property  and records both video and audio.

Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.

Do you have a coffee maker? Yes, we have a Nespresso Vertuo machine, an espresso machine, and a Keurig coffee machine.

Does your house have pots, pans, and all the necessary items to cook? Absolutely, we have a full setup for cooking, including pots, pans, and utensils.

Do you have kayaks for use? Yes, we offer two kayaks for your enjoyment.

Do you have a BBQ? Yes, we have a Charcoal BBQ grill; please remember to bring your own charcoal and clean the grill after each use.
