The Hawk’s Nest is a beautiful home that has comfort, elegance, and convenience at its forefront. The thoughtful and warm touches throughout guarantee that you will never want to leave the home during your stay! But if you do decide to leave, you’re in luck because this beauty is only 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and even closer to a trolley stop! You won’t encounter any steep roads in your drive to the Hawk’s Nest, but if you’re lucky, you may spot a bear or two because rest assured, you are definitely getting a Great Smoky Mountain experience when you stay with us at this immaculate home.

This newly updated home has a huge front porch with no shortage seating options for having your coffee in the morning or a moonshine nightcap at night. Right off the porch is a fire pit, picture perfect Adirondack chairs, and an inviting hot tub. There is also a private grassy yard, which could become the venue for your next corn hole or horseshoe game against the family. What else could you ask for in outdoor entertainment spaces??

When you finally talk yourself into walking away from the idyllic outdoor living areas, enter the front door into the foyer and charming front living room. It has a gas fireplace, lots of natural light, a big inviting couch, huge flat screen TV, chess table, cabinets full of books and board games, and offers plenty of eye-catching spots for you to take that next Instagram picture and bring design inspiration home. Walk through the living room to enter the spacious fully stocked kitchen with tons of counter space, a large island, and a table big enough to make sure every member of the family has a spot. You can also turn on the dining room’s fireplace to add a little ambiance during your dinner and be sure to make the most of the room’s wine racks by stopping by a local winery during your stay! Just off the dining room is a half bathroom, as well as doors leading to the back porch.

One of the first-floor bedrooms has a king-sized bed, a large TV, and built in storage, so unpack and relax during your stay! Also on the first floor is a full bathroom and another bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds, a twin-size trundle, and an additional queen bed (sleeps 5 in this room). With more games, books, and the cutest teepee you’ve ever seen, everyone will LOVE staying in this cool room.

Head upstairs for the coolest entertaining space in the ‘Burg! A massive sectional couch that basically begs for you to curl up in it, an 85-inch TV, an Xbox One with tons of games, a pool table, drawers full of movies, and a kitchenette area all work together to ensure you will not want for a thing when spending time upstairs. There are even more photo opportunities in this amazing room, so good luck talking your friends and family in going anywhere!

Just off this super cool hangout space is another queen-sized bedroom with a full-length mirror, plenty of clothes storage, and an awesome mural that will make you feel like you’re camping while in the comfort of a warm home. There is another half bath upstairs, as well as a top-of-the-line washer and dryer. When you walk towards the main bedroom, check out all the local art to your left and look over the living room on your right to heckle the chess players. The primary bedroom might just surprise you in that it is HUGE! It has a king-sized, a recliner, yet another amazingly comfy couch, a large TV, and a ton of other space for activities! You’ll also find the walk-in closet of your dreams and a full bathroom with two sinks, a big tub, and a shower.
