Last Minute Deals. Sit, sip and stay a spell while surrounded by picturesque vistas, mountain views, and tranquil surroundings. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space which was remodeled in 2023. It is nearly 4000 square feet! Where the Eagles Soar boast four King En Suite bedrooms, a bunk room with full over full and twin over twin to sleep 6, spa room with sauna, sitting area and tv, and large mancave/gameroom with wet bar, a fireplace, air hockey and board games. Each of the four levels in this family friendly home provides an opportunity for fun or relaxation.

For those guest who may not want to tackle stairs, the main floor has two king en suite bedrooms, as well as the kitchen on the main level. One of the bedrooms on the main floor has a private balcony. There is also a convertible dining table on main floor to accommodate any guests with mobility issues.

Upstairs has two king en suites, one with private balcony. Upstairs also has dining for up to 8 with stunning mountain views.

There is space to hang out for all as this home has a gameroom/mancave and She Shed/ Spa floor for relaxing. Each of the four levels of this unique home has dining space to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery, or enjoy s’mores at the fire pit.

Be sure and enjoy the infrared sauna with Bluetooth in the spa room or just relax and read your favorite book or watch tv.

If you're looking for outdoor space, the lower patio overlooks the private backyard with room for your favorite games and activities.

Family Trip

The view of mountains was beautiful. Enjoyed game room, especially the Air Hockey. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of privacy for all 10 family members.

Great Family Trip!

Beautiful views! Lots of space and accommodations were great. The beds were very comfortable and house was very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked. The game room was a hit. Everyone, old and young, had a great time. Booking was easy and the host was responsive and very easy to work with.

Unique Stay

We have been coming to HSV for the past 10 years and was lucky enough this year to find this property very amazing and unique!!! It’s hard to find a place to accommodate large groups with a mixture of age groups and expectations. Definitely the place to go when looking for a more quiet retreat. Loved it!!

Amazing 4 days!!

Cleanest place, besides my own home, i have ever stayed in. My family was, "GiGi, where did you find this place?" We didnt want it to end. Beds were so very comfortable. Would love to visit again. Owner's were very prompt to answer any questions we had and even very promptly mailed an Apple charger we left to us free of charge. Don't hesitate, you wont be disappointed!!

Touching The Clouds

Great accommodations with each bedroom having their own bathroom! A big plus! Kids loved the playroom and all the bunk beds. They could choose which bed they wanted. Kitchen well stocked. Parking very adequate. Great for a large group all under 1 roof. View from all decks very beautiful. Host was great to work with and we had no issues at all. Very easy booking process.

We were a group of 8 guys there for a golf and grilling weekend. The property was clean and comfortable with some very unique design/ architecture features. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and having an ensuite bath for all bedrooms made things run very smoothly throughout. The grill worked great (with a spare propane tank!) and multiple decks offered outstanding views! The multi-level living areas would be heaven-sent for families and large groups with bigger age and interest gaps. This actually posed a bit of a challenge for our group.Two items that prevent a 5-star rating from our group: 1) dining table is NOT on the same floor as the kitchen and 2) haphazard kitchen tools (pots/ pans/ oven mitts/ storage containers/ blender/ etc).If lots of cooking and sit-down group meals and navigating stairs are not an important issue for your group this is definitely a 5 out of 5.Finally, for those not already aware, Hot Springs Village is a VERY LARGE gated community and you shouldn't expect to run to the corner store for supplies.

Late valentines 💝 weekend couples trip. House looked exactly like listing. Very clean, very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Beds were super comfortable 😌...best sleep I've had in a long time. Loved that each room had its own bathroom....one of the reasons we chose this house. Game room was the highlight of the trip!!!!! Very easy to communicate with property managers...overall wonderful weekend. Would definitely recommend this property and hopefully will be returning for another fun weekend 😀

My family was looking for a quiet retreat where we could reconnect, talk, and play games while enjoying fabulous views especially after spending all day sight-seeing, shopping, hiking, playing, etc. – we found it here! The owner was very prompt answering my numerous questions before and during our visit to their wonderful home. We liked the rooms each having a comfortable king size bed and its own bathroom – which was a huge plus with our family. The house is nicely furnished. The only thing we wished was for the bedrooms to have a bench or something to place our suitcase on instead of the floor. My family highly recommends staying here!

Very nice. However, The bunks at game room level were not described well. We were a group of older adults - the lower bunks were literally a mattress on the floor. Not good for us. That should be better described. Also, there was a damaged door and frame, and a lot of supplies and junk stacked in the garage - Did not really bother us but was unsightly. Otherwise- great view and very nice house.

Thanks for staying at our home and providing the comment on the bunk room. Creating an exceptional stay for our guests is our goal. We included actual pictures of the bunk room in our profile pictures so guests could see the layout of the bunks. The pictures are accurate. The bunk room is designed for teenagers and children, and it does sleep 6. The 4 king en suites will sleep 8 adults. From time to time, guests will move extra items like folding tables and chairs around in the garage and not return to original spot or even leave toys and large flotation devices, to name a few regulars. Housekeeping will keep those on hand for a period of time for guests to claim them given it’s an oversized garage which still accommodates 2 cars. Additionally, the driveway accommodates 3 vehicles comfortably. Glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay.

This is a stunning 4-story round house built by Deltec Homes. Deltec is nationally known for constructing round houses. This property is a must see! You enter the property on the main level which contains two king en suites (one with private balcony), kitchen, dining, living and balcony with breathtaking views.

Upstairs are two king en suites (one with private balcony), formal dining with expansive mountain views as well as an office area.

Downstairs is the man cave with big screen tv, wet bar, fire place, air hockey and balcony with dining table. Also on this floor is a bunk room that sleeps up to 6 people. This floor also has a huge walk-in shower with two shower heads.

On the bottom floor is a spa room with sauna, tv, sitting area as well as workout area.

Enjoy the natural scenery from the lower patio and backyard. This level has a gas firepit for those chilly nights. Come prepared to relax and enjoy your stay. Leave recharged! This will be a one-of-a kind experience.
