Sunny Lake Geneva Ranch Retreat on 5 acres

Family-friendly ranch-style house on a 5-acre property located off a beautiful rural road in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to famous Mars Resort Supper Club and Lake Como. Halfway between downtown Lake Geneva and Williams Bay. Lots of natural light with spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room. Property has an expansive open lawn to play, set up badminton net (included) or other yard games. Explore wooded grounds, enjoy the fit pit, and see the stars at night!

*NO PARTIES, no bachelor/bachelorette type of gatherings, no more than SIX (6) adults. This is strictly a family style listing.

The space:
Spacious and comfortable cathedral-ceiling living room with large ‘L’ shaped couch and side chair. 65” Samsung smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney Plus. Large kitchen with peninsula seating for four is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal, baking, kid-friendly dishes, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee/tea/cocoa station with necessities. Rustic dining room table to comfortably accommodate 8, perfect for game night (there are playing cards and board games available for use)! Rear deck off the kitchen is great for nature watching, grilling, and lounging.

Master bedroom suite with king bed, large 10’ long closet, and features walk-in shower. Bedroom two has expanded queen Sleep Number bed with 5’ long closet. Bedroom three is for the kids and features two sets of twin bunkbeds for four guests, 5’ long closet and includes a 32” Samsung smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney Plus. All bedrooms have light blocking curtains.

The house nearly doubles with a huge walk-out basement to back yard. Bedroom 4 in basement has a new queen bed (note there is a soundproof box to cover sump-pump). Large 5-person couch with 75” Samsung smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney Plus. There is a bonus kids toy/game area at base of stairs with game table around the corner. Basement bathroom has a shower. Also note the laundry room has side-by-side machines and iron/ironing board.

Guests with toddlers are welcome to use the pack-n-play (stored closet of master bedroom) and toys.

Free driveway parking.

Guest access:
Keypad access via door facing driveway, code to be given day of check-in. No keys needed, but note other exterior doors are keyed, please lock from inside after use.

Other things to note:
Use firewood if you find some around the property.

House has well water with a salt softening system. Water may feel salty during use. Water may also have an mineral smell due to natural elements. A copy of safe drinking water results are shown in booklet.

House is in a wooded area, there may be small bugs within the house upon arrival or during stay. Small Ryobi handheld vacuum in mudroom is perfect for quick de-bugging of the house.

Coffee maker has built-in filter, no need for paper filters.

For your safety, there are three outdoor cameras. One facing front door, one facing driveway, and one facing rear yard. NO indoor cameras.
