Near an abundance of outdoor recreation opportunities, within minutes you'll have access to Beach Lake and its trails, Mirror Lake, Thunderbird Falls, and Eagle River Park. Downtown Anchorage and the Alaska Native Heritage Center are also a quick drive away.

Inside The Grizzly Duplex, get comfortable amongst plush furnishings and updated amenities. The living room's sofa and Smart TV are ideal for streaming sessions, but when you aren't feeling a movie, engage in some playful competition over a game of cards. When you get hungry, the full kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space.

Before bed each evening, be sure to utilize the shared washer/dryer. Sunset views can be relished from the deck before you crawl under the four-bedroom's soft linens.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
