Condo was great for our multi- family getaway of 12. Well appointed kitchen helped us prepare meals. We had plenty of space and wonderful view of the beach. Would stay again in this well loved condo.

The unit was well maintained and beautifully decorated. It was clean with limited issues. The rental company responded quickly to communication and showed concern when we had a medical emergency. Make sure that you go to the South Tower to unload when you arrive. We were misinformed by the parking attendant on duty and were sent to the North Tower which caused us a lot of unnecessary headache unloading. Another thing to note, the view of the beach was somewhat obstructed by the palm trees in the front of the property. For our family, being able to have a full view of the beach was important but this may not matter as much to others. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend.

The condo was exactly as pictured. The pool, lazy river and ocean were so easy to get to. It was very clean, beds were comfortable. Nice having a washer and dryer and use of the outdoor grills.

The host was excellent! Everything was as described/pictured and the host responded quickly to any communication we had with them. The view and the location were perfect! The banana boat and parasailing were right beside the condo so you don't have to travel to get there for entertainment. There is also a pub right next door and lots of activities and stores within walking distance.The condo itself was very roomy and nicely decorated. The master bedroom's bed was VERY comfortable and so were the pillows. The beds were made when we arrived. We never had any issue with showers running out of hot water or bad pressure. There was a Krups, toaster and a blender but minimal small appliances available. A crockpot would have been nice, but not necessary. I really liked that they have A LOT of storage space available for you to use. My children rented other rooms in the same condo from other people and many of the doors were inaccessible or locked. The staff was very helpful and we were never hassled at the pool etc., like some have mentioned in other comments. They were all very friendly. My grandchildren really enjoyed the lazy river and being directly next to the ocean. On the other hand, the indoor pool was closed while we were there and under repair. The exercise room had an odor to it (floor mats?) and windows faced the street side of the building , so my grandchildren used a gym within driving distance. We would definitely rent from this owner again.,

Great Stay!

We were in N Myrtle Beach to attend a wedding and decided to stay on the beach for a mini-vacation. The condo was spacious and nice. We enjoyed being able to stay right on the beach.

Family Beach Trip

Access to beach and complex pool very convenient. Great for a toddler. Private beach chair rentals (separate cost) made for a guaranteed spot on the beach. Excellent restaurants and entertainment near by.

Master bath toilet broken at arrival but maintenance arrived following day to fix it. Guest services very attentive to guest needs. No cookware in unit but customer service had set delivered promptly. Dishes in kitchen dirty upon arrival. Toaster broke and blender barely works. Owner needs to update kitchen basics in unit. Recommend bringing extra blankets as comforters on bed very thin and no additional blankets available at property. One annoying issue is security staff constantly reminding guests to wear armbands if at pool. Overall, view is great, pool clean and good location. Would not return again during Memorial Day weekend- bike week very loud and disruptive to relaxing stay.

Memorial Day

The place was beachfront and had lots of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was a nice place to stay. The kitchen utensils and dishes were not all clean and we had to wash them again. All in all we enjoyed our stay there. I would recommend it.

Family Vacation

The condo was exactly as shown/described. We had six adults and one baby. Everything was lovely. We would definitely consider going to this property again and would recommend it to family and friends. There are restaurants close enough to walk to and a grocery 0.6 miles away.

Ocean View

Condo was clean. Beds were comfortable although there were no extra blankets. Location was good. Pictures made it seem bigger than it actually was, but we still had plenty of space. The carpet was a turn off in the living room and bedrooms. There also wasn’t any beach items (chairs, umbrella etc.) would be nice to have a couple items especially for people who are flying in that can’t bring that stuff. Overall good stay!

HOA ruined trip

I will never rent from a place that has an HOA, they literally had people policing the pool, not to keep us safe but to call in any and all reports to HOA, I cant believe it is better to bring sandy chairs into the nice condo rather than leave them out in hall where nobody from the street or beach can see them....also we had to park our car 15 minues away becasue the HOA only allowed two cars per condo...do better, check on the condos that only have one car and offer those that have family coming from 3 different states and cannot ride in same care, the option of having a third car. I hated the overall icky feeling I got from the HOA!

We value feedback from our guest, in order to make changes and improvements as necessary. However this review seems more emotionally driven concerning items that are out of our control or information disregarded prior to arriving at the property. The HOA makes rules and guidelines for how the property is governed. Pool bands are provided due to security guarding the pool assets of the building. It very common if a pool does not have security, it will be overrun by beach goers not staying at the property, reducing the ability for the guest of the property to use the amenities. The number of parking spaces are disclosed during the reservation process. The number of passes are based on the number of units in the building and size of the unit, unfortunately they do not create new parking spaces on demand base on each person individual requests. (we wish they could). Again we would like to take this review response to encourage guest to review the reservation information provided before arrival to reduce possible frustrations.
