Portside N1 is very close to one of the THREE resort pools! Portside Resort is a fantastic property across Front Beach Road from the beautiful beaches! Located on the west end of the beach, this is a quiet community that caters to families and pets. This two bedroom townhome is pet friendly for up to two dogs and very nicely decorated with new LVP floors. The sliding glass doors open up to a great grassy area that is great for your pets! The spacious living room is cozy and colorful and leads out to the downstairs patio. Fully equipped, the kitchen is ready for your next meal! There is a half bathroom downstairs along with the washer and dryer. The two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. Bright and well decorated, the master bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony, and a private bathroom! Enjoy sipping your coffee on the private balcony with tranquil views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunks! The second full bathroom is in the hallway.
Portside Resort is a tranquil, quiet property perfect for relaxing when you're not soaking up the sun on the beach.

Resort Amenities: 3 pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a fitness center.
