The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is very special. It is a growing area of ​​Miami, with beautiful beaches and high-end towers like the Beachwalk.
It has excellent access to I-95, fast and agile so you can visit the most iconic points of Miami, without missing a second.
There are shuttle services that connect the complex with South Beach, DownTown, Sawgrass Mills, Aventura Mall, Hollywood Beach and the airport so you can get around without renting a car.
You have beautiful places to walk. Two blocks from a beautiful playground where the kids can enjoy some play time, close to Chuck´n Cheese and Flipo´s for the small ones, at meters from the sea and ten blocks from the Hollywood promenade on the beach. A beautiful place to tour, walk and eat in its iconic bars. You are 15 minutes from South Beach and its iconic places of visit.
You can rent a car and leave it in the hotel's valet parking (it has a separate charge) or move with the available shuttle to the different points of attraction and Uber, which works very well. You can also have the city bikes or just walk. Everything is very close and accessible.
The neighborhood is very modern and well kept. It is a very safe area with a lot of tourism. You are close to the Diplomat and the Hyde complex which have very nice restaurants with free Access in the 9th floor.

Very close to South Beach, in normal time, it can take 15 to 20 minutes.
