The Space:
Ohio State of Mind is a place for sharing and remembering our love for our area. Check out our interactive amenities, like a scavenger hunt to find all the hidden mascot stickers! There is a record player by the entry door, and the only record is the OSU marching band (so you can set the mood when you check in). There are more surprises in the house that we know are going to delight our guests, but you must make a reservation to discover those!

Our 2 story home has an ample dining room on the main level. Upon entry, you will notice this "Library" themed room which is perfect for sharing a meal and a conversation together with your group. Beyond that you will enter a football watching sanctuary. A larger than life mural creates the perfect cozy spot to catch up with friends or watch the big game. Our kitchen is prepared for tailgating prep or just a quick meal together.

Also on the main level you will find a full bathroom and bedroom.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have a theme, and we can't wait for your group to come and discover all the little surprises we have left to delight our guests. There is "The Scholar", "The Dorm Room", "The Champion", and more!

The basement has a room set up to resemble old campus dive bars! Tell us what was your favorite old haunt?

There is ample parking in our back lot for 4 cars. Guests do not have access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
This charming yet eclectic home in an affluent, urban neighborhood supplies guests with easy access to entertainment all from within the confines of a quaint, family-friendly, neighborhood. We love the Clintonville area in Columbus, and would be happy to assist you with any recommendations you should need during your visit.

Where to go? : One thing I love about this house is how close you are to the freeway and yet accessible by walking to some amazing spots in Clintonville such as:

Flowers and Bread - a unique local bakery/cafe that also does flower arranging classes!

Coffee: Flowers and Bread, or Starbucks just a few more blocks!

Restaurants: To many to list them all but we love Northstar Cafe, Hot Chicken Takeover, Rusty Bucket, and Local Cantina!

Other Activities: The Columbus Park of Roses - One of Columbus's largest metro parks, and a beautiful rose garden that is an icon of the area.

Don't miss the bike/walking path The Olentangy Trail. This is one of Columbus's hidden gems!

You are also not far from the Columbus Zoo, or the Hollywood Casino! If you head north about 20 minutes that is a great park for hiking called High Banks Metro Park. Also, you can just take a jog or walk east about a mile or so and arrive at The Olentangy river trail, and another park!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
