Bright and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom non-smoking, pet free condo conveniently located off the 101 and minutes from old town Scottsdale. Close to spring training facilities, the Barrett Jackson and Westworld. Across from numerous shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Minutes from walking trails and bike paths. This condo is an ideal location for exploring all that Scottsdale has to offer!

Quiet complex boasts three pools (2 heated), two hot tubs, fitness centre, tennis court (pickle ball), Gas Fire Pit, clubhouse with pool table and rec area. Well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops allows for easy preparation of meals. Unit comes complete with high speed Internet, Sling TV and 3 smart TVs (55",42" and 32"), along with telephone with unlimited calling to the US and Canada. Condo offers a Keurig K Cup Coffee Maker to make your Arizona mornings that much better.

The master bedroom offers a Sealy king-size bed, premium 500 thread count sheets and renovated primary bathroom with walk-in shower. A walkout to a quiet patio makes enjoying your morning coffee all the more pleasant with views of McDowell Mountains to make waking up in the desert even more enjoyable. The second bedroom offers a queen size Sealy mattress, complete with 500 thread count sheets. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets.

New carpets in both bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

Laundry is located in the condo and gas BBQs are located steps from the unit.

The condo was very clean, adequately supplied and located in a quiet section of the complex. The owner was responsive and helpful when needed. The pool was warm and relaxing and neighbors were very friendly. The workout room met our needs. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. We had a terrific 3 month stay in this Scottsdale condo and highly recommend it to travelers.

Great Spot!

A fantastic spot that is better than advertised! I spent a wonderful week there with my parents in December. The condo is a good size and has all the amenities you could ask for. It is very clean with many basics supplied. It is always nice to find some coffee and other thing left by previous guests that you don't have to go and buy. The complex is in a great part of Scottsdale. Conveniently located to many shops, restaurants and services. Quick and easy access on and off the freeway. The amenities at the complex were also great. The pool was so warm it was amazing! The hot tub was also great. Other than on Saturday night I never saw another person use it, and on the Saturday there were two people who came in for a swim. Pretty nice let me tell you. The workout facility is also in very good condition. Matt and Roxanna were awesome to deal with. Communication was easy and they are extremely professional. They also helped out after we left. My father lost his cell phone on the last day. They had their cleaners look for it and replied to let me know the status of the quest. It was so good that they cared enough to follow up. I would highly recommend this property. I have stayed at numerous VRBO/Homeaway properties and this was a very good one. You won't be disappointed. Great Location!

We enjoyed being close to the PGA tournament, bike trails, and great shopping. It was also just a short hop to Old Scottsdale and its many art galleries. The unit was tastefully decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all one would need. Having bikes there was a huge plus for us .The unit is in a well cared for development and easy access to a heated pool was another big plus. We will most certainly return.

Our family fell in love with the Scottsdale area a number of years ago, and we have found ourselves returning many times since. We love the blue skies and the mountains, as well as the fantastic shopping, dining, golf and hiking! We bought this condo to ensure that we always had a great place to stay on our visits and are happy to welcome guests who love the desert as much as we do.

The condo is non smoking and pet free. It is perfect for quiet getaways. It is available for stays 90 days and longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
