ESPN my favorite TV Chanel wife loves Liftime TV true crime. Which make me think why? Corvettes and Minivans are our favorite cars and our parents are our real heroes. Favorite book at the moment Built to Finish by Steven Pivnik. Fav show at moment The Boys (wife hates it).
Our kids are sheltered because suburban life is boring, and we like it that way. Our kids help us with building, design, decorating, moving and even the maintenance of our short term rental units. The main reason we love being hosts is because it has been a great family experience and has helped the family stay connected in such a meaningful way. We take tremendous pride and try to teach our boys to do the same by getting them involved with every aspect of running a successful hospitality business. I would definitely encourage other families with kids to do what we are doing if opportunity presents itself. Nothing last forever, but the memories we make with our kids can be passed on to the next generation.

Water park and amusement park is on the beach 5 minute walk from house. The beach has perfect calm water for our jet skies. Short train, bus or even a beautiful ferry ride will take you to New York City 45minutes away or our favorite beach Sandy Hook 18 minutes away. The fishing on our pier that goes one mile out provides some incredible good eating fish. We even have hunters from Minnesota come down for some rare duck hunting expeditions in the fall months during migration season. Boat charters, bike rentals, kayak rental or even wind surfing tournaments, we have a little for everyone. We even had body builders who came to compete at events on the beach they where winners and we help them get a good nights rest that’s the main reason they probably won lol.
Keansburg is awesome small town that actually want short term rental to boost its local economy, while the restaurants and nightlife is being built all around this town apparently they are also building 700 luxury units which will make this town the destination hot spot for many years to come.
If you build it, they will come! I highly recommend our brand new lounge with a rooftop deck at The Beach Gallery in Keansburg or get some amazing Steaks at The Goat a-few miles down the road. Don’t forget some great burgers and martinis at Halfmoon also located in our little beach town of Keansburg.
