Thank you for being a great guests and leaving house in perfect condition! I wish I could do something about the roads, but I do provide the 2 car garage so people keep their vehicles clean all the time !

First of all, thank you for choosing my property. I am grateful to all my guests Thank you for your input unfortunately I cannot control the roads. It’s brand new community and they are working on paving the roads The living room space is quite small, but it’s still has a couch, comfortable chair and seven hightop chairs but thank you for mentioning. I see if I can find another chair and find the room for.. Diana contacted me if I could make an exception in my pet free property and let her bring the dog I do not allow any pets but she sounded nice and really wanted to rent my property I made an exception for a small for the pet fee which she was very unhappy about . Then Diana asked me for early check in like roughly 5 hours. I typically charge early check-in BUT I gave her 70% off of my normal charge I had guest previously it had to really put pressure on the cleaning lady Diana agreed to pay, a small fee but she never did. Small damages occurred within her stay .
