The reason VRBO did not want to issue you any refund at all is because they did not agree that any of your issues were serious and they did not consider your complaints to be accurate, or fair. If they did you would have immediately been refunded in full. In spite of that I was still willing to offer you a refund just to be rid of you. The property does not pretend to be anything that it is not, and the description is quite accurate. The location is far from remote, but yes there are chickens that cross over from the neighbor's property. Most people find it charming. Next time you want luxury accommodations in a private resort setting you should probably be willing to spend a little more than $70 a night. It is clear from my many, many reviews that nobody agrees with your description and that you are the problem here. You are an unreasonable person and a nasty one at that. I don't recommend you come back to Puerto Rico.

Every single issue you complained about with respect to the shower was explained to you upon your arrival and I offered you the opportunity to come back into the unit and provide other solutions. There was hot water in the shower and you simply had not bothered to turn the knob in the other direction until I came and showed you. Most people have enough common sense to try turning a knob in the other direction. You also without permission reinstalled a knob on the shower which allowed you to operate a faucet which I told you was not operational. That's why you had the leak.The broom was on the side of the refrigerator, another place where you failed to bother to check. All you had to do was ask when I brought you the mop that you asked for. As you stated yourself there were extra sheets in the trunk exactly where I told you there were. I offered to provide additional sheets on top of those and you again refused. With respect to the air conditioner, I should charge you $50 extra for continuing to leave it on during the entire day while you were not in the unit. Despite the obvious signage in the unit directly next to the remote control. I think you seem to be under the impression that you were staying in a hotel where you have some sort of room service attendant at your beckon call. Every one of your issues was addressed immediately and resolved. You had no further complaints and were quite satisfied during the multiple times I checked in with you. You are a coward for this.
