EL APARTAMENTO ME GUSTO MUCHO ES UN LUGAR BONITO CONFORTABLE, ES IGUAL COMO SE VE EN LAS FOTOS , LA ATENCIÓN FUE MUY BUENA . ME ENCANTO LA COCINA ES MUY COMPLETA, UN LUGAR MUY SEGURO Y CON MUY BUENA VISTA AL MAR, TODA LA GENTE FUE MUY AMABLE, NO TUVIMOS NINGÚN PROBLEMA. SEGURO QUE VAMOS A REGRESAR

El apartamento es muy bonito y tal como se ve en las fotos. La atención del personal óptimo. La comida del restaurante del hotel deliciosa... Los problemas con los que nos encontramos son los siguientes: - Nunca salió agua caliente de ningún grifo... ni cocina, ni duchas etc... - La piscina esta en muy mal estado. Prácticamente mientras ibas caminando te quedabas con azulejos en los pies y manos... Inaceptable para el precio... - Los alrededores del apartamento - hotel.... No es que quede cerca de un barrio peligroso y del cual constantemente te dicen, no te vayas a meter por ahí que es peligroso (no exactamente muy turístico...). El hotel es la ÚLTIMA construcción y literalmente al lado queda el barrio peligroso... nos metieron tanto miedo que prácticamente no pudimos disfrutar de la playa...

Sra Marcela, El inconveniente que tuvo en la piscina fue porque la estaban renovando. Al dia de hoy , Septiembre del 2016 esta arreglada y luce muy lida. En cuanto a los grifos, no se porque no nos aviso porque inmediatamente le hubieramos expicado como funcionan, Estamos siempre muy pendiente a las necesidades de los clientes. Tenemos un calentador Nuevo y nuestros ultimos clientes los que en la mayoria viven en Colombia y sur America no han tenido problema alguno. El valor de nuestro apto en comparacion con otros aptos similares y hoteles es inclusive barato . Tal vez para ustedes que solo eran dos personas les parecio caro, pero de todas formas tuvieron mucho espacio para variar de ambiente. Dentro del complejo esta el hotel Sonesta que pertenece a una cadena hotelera internacional y por lo tanto la seguridad es excelente . Ellos estan regidos por reglas muy estrictas . Excelentes Vacaciones Familiares

lindo apartamento, exactamente igual a como se muestra en las fotos, sus administradores siempre estuvieron pendientes de lo que necesitamos, realmente pasamos unas vacaciones inolvidables con la familia,... la vista del apartamento es inigualable, los atardeceres enamoran!!!. Amazing views

Beautiful condo in a nice property, gorgeous water views, we could see the sun rise and sun set from the huge balcony. All in all a great place to stay. Only cons were the weak water pressure in the shower and not much hot water, and we had an issue with the front door handle where we couldn't get in one night but the front desk was very helpful and this wouldn't deter me from going back. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Comfort and peace!

I fully enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The pictures and description are authentic. Three and a half bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, great views and, best of all, a place to rest with comfort. It is located 10 minutes from the airport and has direct access to the beach. Libia and Maria Claudia were attentive to our requests and fulfilled them in a timely manner. Very professional. Highly recommended.

Excelente departamento

Fui con mis amigos a Cartagena y disfrutamos mucho el departamento, tiene todo, amplio moderno y en excelente condición. Esta a 15min en taxi de la cd. amurallada y el taxi no es caro, cerca hay algunos restaurantes y tiendas pequeñas. Cuenta con albercas y playa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

El apartamento tiene a su alrededor un bello paisaje compuesto no solo con vista a una piscina, sino al mar y un contraste con un pueblo de pescadores, lo que hace refrescar visualmente en los dos entornos. Es decir que la ubicación esquinera del apartamento cubre todos esos entornos .Al tener los servicios de restaurante, cajero, exito expres cerca, no es necesrio desplazarse a otros sitios. El apartamento es muy amplio y muy acogedor.

Indulge in an Airy Cartagena Condo in Private North Zone!

The condo was in an excellent location, large patio looking out to the ocean with an incredible view. It is a bit of a way to the old City, you cannot walk, but there are many taxi's readily available. The listing and photos were pretty accurate. I am a clean freak, so would have liked the floor to be a bit cleaner, also, there were some light bulbs broken and should have been replaced before new renters are in there. It would be VERY nice to have more patio furniture with a table on the patio as there are only 2 chairs and a small table, not enough when there are 5 people in the condo. The kitchen was awesome with lots of appliances. The owner was EXCELLENT, she always answered e-mails and provided me with information I needed. I would recommend this condo - with the few improvements I listed - very small things and yes, I would stay here again. Thanks.

Great well appointed place

The apartment was great, roomy and everything worked. Opening the entire glass doors was spectacular as it increased size of living room and permitted true indor outdoor enjoyment. The pools were very nice. The view is right toward the beach. A wonderful owner is a great plus who cares dr every detail of our stay.

Condo was very comfortable with a nice view. My wife and I and another couple wanted to be away from the busy city and the the vendors during the night, so this place provided the relaxation we wanted. The staff at the Hotel Sonesta was very nice and restaurant services were available on the premisses or to be ordered to the room. Beach towels are only provided to the Hotel guests. The condo had 2. Taxis are available at the entrance to the hotel and drivers were helpful and honest. Since there are no supermarkets within walking distance, it would have been nice to have bathroom soap, coffee,coffeemaker filters, sugar for the first 1-2 days. Also the administrator, if some repair services are needed, has no office in the premisses and there is no phone line to make local calls. Overall, we had a great stay. the manager-owner went out of her way to be helpful. We would recommend this property to friend or relative.
