Erleben Sie einen Urlaub wie kein anderer in Cartagena, von dessen 32. und 33. Etage Sie die gesamte Stadt überblicken, 2000 Quadratmeter großes Luxus-Penthouse. Dieses Gebäude gehört zu den drei Hochhäusern in Cartagena mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht, wie Sie es noch nie gesehen haben. Dieses Loft-Penthouse verfügt über einen zweistöckigen Sozialraum mit Fenstern vom Boden bis zur Decke im zweiten Stock (ca. 24 Zoll hoch) mit unwirklichem Meerblick! Ein NEUES 50 "LCD im Wohnbereich. Der vordere Balkon ist die Länge der gesamten Wohnung mit Glasschiebetüren, die alle an jedem Ende in zwei Teile zusammengefasst werden können, so dass sich etwa 30 'öffnen lassen, um den Klang, den Geruch und die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer zu genießen . Ein privater Whirlpool befindet sich ebenfalls auf diesem vorderen Balkon. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf die gesamte Bucht, die Altstadt, La Popa, Playa Blanca und andere Inseln. Die Aussicht bei Nacht und die Sonnenuntergänge von hier aus sind spektakulär. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Kingsize-Betten und zwei ausziehbare Betten, 32-Zoll-LED / LCDs und iPod-Dockingstationen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist ein kleines privates Loft mit wunderschönen Cartagena-Fensterläden, die sich als Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf den Wohnbereich und das Meer öffnen. Das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett / eine iPod-Dockingstation und einen 26-Zoll-LED-TV.

Great Vacation

What a great place to stay. I have always stayed in resorts in my travels. This place was so easy to rent and the views were spectacular. Hot tub is a nice addition. The beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again on my next trip

Nice location near the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It had a great view of the ocean and beach. Only 10 minutes from the airport. The neighborhood appears run down, but it's Colombia, we walked around and found some great little restaurants for food, and felt safe walking around. If we wanted more action is was a cheap cab/ uber ride to the walls.

Highly recommend!

This rental offered a truly seamless and luxurious experience. The host was highly responsive. But the entire stay was so well-organized, we didn't require much communication. Flexible check-in/out was a breeze, and the apartment was absolutely gorgeous – even better than the photos. The included cleaning service added an extra touch of comfort. The location is perfect for exploring, with quick and easy Uber access to everything. We felt completely safe and secure, and the views were simply spectacular. Lots of space and beds too!

We had a wonderful stay. Ignacio was very responsive to my questions before we arrived. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable. There is a nice beach across the road and a small grocery store a couple of blocks away. Taxis were easy to get and affordable.

The condo is in a modern high rise building across the street from the beach.

The neighborhood is not one that you would walk at night but everything is a short cab ride away. The property was very clean and the maid came everyday. Washer and dryer was a plus. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Downside was that the 3rd bedroom was really an extension of the master Br and it shared a bath with the master. Could not get hot water from the downstairs bath.

The third bedroom is as seperate and outside of the master bedroom with hallway and doors seating both . Ithe bathroom to be shared is the downstairs with the second bathroom. The on demand hot water heater is for the entire penthouse, maybe your were not opening the correct hot water valve , next time please let the maid know . We wee glad you enjoyed the gorgeous view ! We had a wonderful experience staying in this Cartagena penthouse. From booking through checkout, communication was seamless and extremely helpful, which made everything stress-free, especially when our flight change required an early check-in that the host graciously accommodated. That extra effort was so appreciated. The penthouse itself lived up to the photos—it was exactly as represented. Bright, clean, and very well-kept, with a truly fabulous view right from the balcony. Watching the sunrise and sunset over Cartagena from up high was unforgettable. We felt very safe throughout our stay. Entry and exit from the building was always closely monitored by security, and they were consistently helpful—whether it was ensuring everything ran smoothly or assisting us with getting taxis into the city, which made moving around easy and worry-free. The Walled City was just about a 10–15 minute drive away, so sightseeing was convenient without being directly in the most crowded tourist area. On-site amenities also added to the stay. The rooftop infinity pool overlooking the ocean was nothing short of amazing—absolutely the highlight when we weren’t out exploring. The workout room wasn’t fancy, but it had all the basics we needed for a quick session, and that was perfect for us. We didn’t use the hot tub so I can’t comment, but just having it as an option was a fun touch.Overall, this penthouse offered a great mix of safety, convenience, comfort. I highly recommend.

Awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay over the new year holiday. The condo is in a good location, far enough from the old city and hustle and bustle but close enough for a short cab ride. You can walk but cabs are cheap. The condo was in pretty good shape however we struggled with hot water when showering. It would be really cold or scorching hot and our party had to shower in cycles. The hot tub was not a real hot tub. It is a bath tub that you have to run water in and it leaks out so we were not able to enjoy this as advertised. Also the balconies are amazing but are lacking furniture. The master bedroom balcony upstairs did not have anything to sit on to enjoy the view. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the steam room. Be prepared to go to a grocery store to pick up trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper as no extra is provided. There is a small one “Ara” within walking distance.

We are so glad you guys had a wonderful stay . The hot tub is to be filled up every time you use it with hot water as this is cleaner then having other peoples germs in it . We prefer it this way and it’s more costly to us but safer . All you need to do is turn the drain to right so that water stays in hot tub . The hot water heater is an on demand hot water heater . If water is hot at begging and turns cold during fill up , you must turn off water , wait 5 seconds and restart water so that heater will reignite. . Thank you and happy new year

It doesn't get any better

Simply perfect--unbelievable views, super comfortable beds, working a/c, wifi and hot water that whole time we were there (we travel to Central or South America every holiday and that is a first) and a housekeeper that I would have liked to take home with us! It was the perfect location for a quiet local beach while still being an easy walk/cab ride to the action of Old Town and Gethsemani neighborhoods. Our 2 teen boys thought they had died and gone to heaven: beach, hot tub, big TV, Wi-Fi, and a local bakery that they ate at every morning (their pastries and bread were amazing). We assembled a 1,000 piece puzzle, played a ton of cards, and enjoyed many lovely happy hours with the ocean breeze blowing throughout the apartment. I will never forget sitting on the master bedroom balcony (which overlooks the city) on Christmas Eve listening to the neighborhood parties--the music spiraling up to the balcony while fireworks popped throughout the city. It was truly magical. The building was certainly secure although we never felt unsafe in the city. It was easy to catch cabs when we needed but the walk was easy (and safe). For 15m (about $5), we rented shade and chairs at the beach. Beach towels were provided and plentiful. The whole experience was warm and welcoming, as was Ignacio's suggestions for Cartagena (we did many of them) and we can't wait for our next trip to Colombia.

New Yorkers in Cartegena

The apartment is on the 32nd (top) floor of a high rise building that is about a 5-10 minute drive from the airport. The building is on the main coastal highway directly across from the beach and the “Welcome to Cartegena” sign. The main door is alway locked and managed by 24/7 private security that will lock and unlock for you as needed. On arrival I check in with security which involved fillings out a single page form with basic contact info. our passport# as ID. and they took each persons photo for the system. If you aren’t a Spanish speaker just be patient you will both use translation apps and it gets done quickly. After that entrance and exits are hastle free the on duty security will unlock for you to leave and as you return. After security we went up to the apartment where the host had a representative that had cleaned up and welcomed us. She gave us a tour and we got the door entry code. The space looked like the pictures two levels big open living room and kitchen with balcony. I will say the pictures made it seem bigger but it was enough room for my group of 5. Besides the kitchen on that main level there was one bedroom and a separate full bathroom. The upper level had a two sleeping areas. A master bedroom with balcony and attached full bathroom and dressing area and a separate area overlooking the lower living space that fit a bed and small tv stand. We were able to schedule how we would like the space cleaned. Only issue was time to get tvs working.

A great place to stay

What a great place to stay! Quick check-in, clean apartment and great view. We spent 4 days at this apartment without any issues. Strongly recommended!

Perfect location in Cartagena!

I had a group of 7 adults during a 5 day stay. 3 of us stayed in this location and the other 4 rented another penthouse on the same floor. I must say that our place was immaculate. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were stocked well, the place was very clean and everything worked well. The balcony tub does work, as opposed to some reviews, but we didn’t use it. The cleaner was nice and helpful for our questions. We also loved the security aspect. The guard keeps the front door locked and has to check anyone coming in and out. The infinity pool was beautiful, along with the gym. And most importantly, location, location, location. The view from the front and back balconies was gorgeous. The ride the the walled city and pretty much the center is 5 minutes in a cab or a 20 min walk along the beach. We loved it and will recommend it to anyone. I hope to come back again.

Great views and great location!

Great stay here, convenient to everything you need to see in town by either walking or short cab rides. Secure building with 24 hour security guard(s) that have to unlock the front entrance for access. Two incredible balconies with two incredible views- one of the sea and one of the entire city of Cartagena. It was a delight to have maid service... Amalfi was super sweet and made the place sparkling clean. She even did our laundry! Wonderful pool and amenities on site. Thanks Ignacio!
