• Pool cleaning takes place every Wednesday. The pool technician will access the backyard only.

• No smoking, no marijuana, and no illegal drugs are allowed inside the house.
• In accordance with City of Las Vegas regulations, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
