You'll be delighted by the spacious and entirely new bathroom, offering a pristine environment for your comfort.

One standout feature of our apartment is our high-end water filtration system, ensuring super clean and pure showers. We've gone above and beyond with a Beyond O2 system for your well-being. We have a screen door that maximizes natural airflow. With the cool ocean breeze just five blocks from the beach, you'll experience comfortable evenings and restful nights. However, we do have an A/C available.

For your convenience, there's a coin-operated washer-dryer on the premises. You can also relax outside the apartment on the provided table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or reading a good book. Also, we provide free street parking.

Please be aware that the kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, sink, small fridge/freezer, and an espresso machine. However, there is no oven or stovetop.
